We called Josh and his team because our AC went out in our 20+ year old home. Josh responded quickly and sent a team out to assess our needs. Within a few days, they came to our home and installed a new unit at a competitive and fair price. While in our home, they were neat and respectful. We appreciate their attentiveness and quality work and highly recommend them!

I recently had an outstanding experience with Heating and Cooling Company right before the 4th of July. Even though it was our first time reaching out to them, their service exceeded our expectations. Despite the holiday rush, they picked up the phone immediately and scheduled an urgent visit within the hour as our home was sweltering at 85 degrees.

Josh and his assistant arrived promptly and quickly got to work. They performed a thorough diagnostic, identified the problem, and fixed it all within an hour. Throughout the process, they were incredibly informative, helpful, and transparent about the issues and solutions. Additionally, their pricing was very reasonable, which we greatly appreciated.

I highly recommend them if you need a Heating and Cooling Company for their exceptional service and professionalism. We will definitely be using them again for any future HVAC needs.

Josh's team responded very quickly to my trouble call. Robert came out within the hour and fixed my problem. Robert found a missing jumper wire on the replacement thermostat I had installed. He installed the jumper wire and the system came to life. He checked for adequate freon charge and determined all was good.

I really appreciate Josh's quick response and will always call JDR for any future heating and cooling work.

Josh and his team were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my AC unit and had me back up and running in no time.

100% would trust them again if I have any problems in the future.

Josh was the best. When other contractors were telling me I needed a new system, he was able to offer a simple and affordable fix. Plus he came over a few hours after I called on a Saturday no less! When the time does come for a new system, I will be calling JDR for sure!

I have a home warranty and my air conditioner went down. My wife just out of hospital and air went down. She has MS. IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MS heat is very bad for them. Warranty company gave me JDR as our contractor. They were out on Tuesday to diagnose problem. The unit needed replaced. Josh the owner was ready to do it on Friday as an emergency. Unfortunately my warranty company did not understand the emergency. So it was 2 weeks before they sent Josh the unit I needed. Josh and his crew came out as soon as they got unit. They got here at 2pm and did not leave until everything was up and running. Approximately 5 hours a lot of modifications. They were great to work with and they understood our urgency unlike the warranty company. They did a great job and would definitely use them again. Very nice group of guys. I received wonderful service from Josh he was my Technician. He came to service my furnace in a very timely professional manner . Very friendly and polite and very knowledgeable. He knew what he was doing .He also was very honest and took the time to educate me on some of my furnace issues . I would highly recommend JDR services to anyone .

I had a great experience with a gentleman of JDR this morning. I had three rental properties for them to come do the maintenance on the furnaces and boiler. They were out in a timely manner, very professional, very knowledgeable. answered all the questions that I had and the pricing was very affordable compared to other companies that I called I would recommend them to everyone.

Would highly recommend. After another company bailed on us, JDR came out on a Saturday evening right before the 90 degree heatwave. Worked awhile for a solution and when that wasn’t possible, they were super responsive on checking on parts by Monday. By Tuesday we had a new unit installed, saved our week.

And they sent out Omar. he arrived promptly in three hours and successfully replaced my broken part in my unit. The entire process was highly professional and efficient. Wonderful wonderful service ! So so polite and very reasonable.My air conditioner is quite old 17 yrs old and stopped blowing cold air in some of my rooms.Josh the owner came out right away and fixed it.It was dirty and had frozen. I live in an older mobile home in Elyria so if u need help with anything please call them.I cant say enough good about this company.I will use them from now on for my air conditioning and furnace needs. Best quickest service I have ever had.Blessings to them!!

The J.D.R crew is very professional and fairly priced. They have done work for us and multiple family members. They are always on time and always professional. Couldn't recommend a better hvac company to work with!

I purchased a new home two months ago and my AC already stopped working, I made one quick phone call to Omar and within 20 minutes, He had my AC running again and cleaned it up for me. I highly recommend Omar! He was very professional and respectful when he came to my house
