Killeen Plumbing Company

Killeen came highly recommended and has been great to work with. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, communicative, and honest. They take pride in their work and stand by it, which gave us a lot of confidence in the quality of their service.
It's rare to find a company that is so responsive and committed to making sure everything is done right. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

We had a hole appear on a pipe under our kitchen sink that we could not fix. Killeen came out and did a quote. Nate was not pushy just gave his recommendations and all the info we needed to make a decision (the price was very fair and reasonable). Ryan who came out to do the work was great. He was respectful and let me know what he was doing. He got A LOT of work done in a day. We will absolutely use Killeen from now on with any plumbing needs. Everyone from the office to those that came to our house was outstanding.

After having several issues with our basement, we were able to have Killeen come out and snake/scope our lines. There were places where the pvc pipes going out to the drain were either completely packed with mud, or massive fibrous roots blocking them.

Cory, with his crew, came out, tore out our deck (which we were replacing anyways), trenched, dug, and replaced the old with new. There was a section of old pipe that was about 20 feet long that would also need attention soon. He suggested we have that replaced before putting in a new deck, which we agreed.

It was 90+ degrees both days, but the crew worked fast, hard and did it right. The guys were super nice, and we would definitely have Killeen back out.

The only true drawback was the scheduling. But they still get 5 stars!
