Plumbing reviews in Westlake, Ohio

After a bad first experience. I was contacted very fast by the ownership. They asked a lot of question to make sure things will be corrected. No one is perfect but the response was great.

Great service… amazing product durability, quality and reliability

Extremely professional and reliable plumbing supply shop

The counter people are always nice to talk to and very helpful. 👍

Always very courteous and goes above and beyond to find exactly what I need for parts and fixtures

The appliances do not match the description and they scratched the appliance at delivery. They do it and they refuse to work with you on any issue. I highly don’t recommend!

Edelman's on the west side has a beautiful showroom. The staff is extremely helpful and they make the selection process seamless! I highly recommend this company!

Love the supply house Don and Chris Rock. Always have the supplies I need my go-to place on the west side.

I struggle with making decisions. Working with Taylor made is super easy. She is educated about the product and is passionate about her job. I look forward to working with her and this company again.

Maggie and the entire Edleman's crew are top notch. I have worked with them on two home renovation projects and I would not call any one else if there was a third (Although I am not sure I can handle any more renovations.....)

Working with Kristina was amazing! She knew the answers to all of our questions. She put together the most amazing design and we were just thrilled with her preciseness and expertise. She is truly an asset to your corporation!

Taylor N. was wonderful to work with. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares. Tgeir customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Edelmans.

I was looking for hardware for a small kitchen and didn’t get hardly any useful help. Felt like my project was too small for them to care about. Had a much better experience at Cleveland kitchen and design in Rocky River

Edelman has a beautiful showroom and very professional and courteous staff. Jessica was a very helpful and knowledge sales associate. The quality and selection of products is first rate.

I wasn’t expecting to remodel my bathrooms until late 2021. My contractor had a cancellation and started demolition the very next day. With nothing picked out for them, I had to make quick decisions and discovered Edelman’s. Everyone was so helpful with everything....valves, faucets, shower heads and toilets. I learned a lot with the remodel but having knowledgeable people walk me through everything was of great help to me!

We remodeled two bathrooms through Edelman's of Westlake. Both times I worked with Danielle Long, who was pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. The products are first-class, look great and are very functional. Even though we had a slight problem with the Basco door on the second bathroom, Danielle followed it through to completion and worked with the people at Basco to make sure it was installed correctly. We are very pleased with both bathrooms and our experience at Edelman's.

Edelman Plumbing Supply is The west side showroom. The sales people in the showroom will assist you in everything from your basic faucet selection to a state of the art high end bathroom or kitchen design of your dreams, complete with body sprays and rain heads if that is what you desire.. Additionally the counter sales for professionals are both knowledgeable and efficient. Pricing is reasonable and service is always friendly. We have used Edelman for over a decade and highly recommend them for all of you plumbing supply needs.

I didn’t expect plumbing to be one of my favorite areas of the home building process but thanks to Meriah and Rachel at Edelman’s it absolutely was. I actually looked forward to the multiple visits I had to make to the showroom. It was a pleasant surprise to receive exceptional customer service and some laughs along the way. Beautiful showroom, wonderful people

Have used Edelman Plumbing for many years, They have a great showroom for our customers to make selections. They are very knowledgeable on their products, are very helpful with the selection process, and take good care of our customers. I would recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.

Edelman’s showroom in Westlake is like a candy store. The plumbing fixtures and faucets are plentiful & beautiful. Olivia has been a delight to work with. She never misses a beat when it comes to placing the order for our fixtures, hardware, fittings, and whatever else the plumber requires for install. Not-to-mention our delivery guy, Jeff. Always smiling, arrives early/on time, treats every box with care, and probably has my address memorized! If you are looking for a new bathroom, kitchen or laundry room, I highly recommend Edelman’s.

Rachel Edelman, Maggie Basta, and the entire team at Edelman are a pleasure to work with. In particular, Olivia Merdita at their Westlake location makes my life as an interior designer and frequent customer a whole lot easier. Olivia is always quick to respond or pick up the phone whenever I need her, and always gets the job done to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend choosing Edelman and Olivia for all your plumbing and appliance needs!
