We were consistently disappointed with our weekly cleans, which left visible piles of dirt, dust, cobwebs, and multiple undusted or unwiped surfaces. Our restroom was also left uncleaned.

When I reached out to Pamela to address these issues, she did offer to send a different cleaner. While the second cleaner performed slightly better, they still overlooked obvious tasks. After sending Pam photos of the remaining cobwebs, dirt, and other concerns, I received no response.

After this experience, we decided to end our cleaning service. I was told someone would follow up to return our key and collect their cleaning supplies. After I left 2 voicemails and an email, they came out two weeks later after sending me a curt response.

Cody is very professional! I’ve noticed that he’s very particular on his work and the details. He has done mowing and landscaping work for me for a few years now. When I need something done or advice on landscaping, he’s my first call.

Very short on the phone, didn’t have time to even talk about the other jobs I had coming up.

Just watched one of your drivers in a chevy pickup truck disregard a stop sign and pulled out in front of me. As I continued following him down old state line, I watched the car in front of him turn on her blinker and start to brake. He then waited to the last minute slammed on his brakes and followed her without putting on his turn signal. Very professional

AW Heating & Cooling replaced both our furnace and water heater within a matter of weeks. They responded quickly, were professional and thorough with communication and completed the work necessary in a timely manner. We have always had great service from AW Heating and Cooling and today’s service was no exception. Tyler was friendly and efficient. He explained everything he did and made sure we were provided with the best options at an extremely reasonable price.

Jared did great fixed everything that was an issue from the original team that tried to do install. He tore the whole thing apart and put it back together correctly! He was very personable even great with my dogs bugging him. He explained everything prior to leaving which was more than the first team did where I had no explanation. If you have them do work for you I highly recommend that you request Jared to work on your project he's awesome!!!

Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to have in my home. I would highly recommend him and AW Hearing & Cooling. He gave my furnace a go-over and will be booking my air conditioner for a spring check up. (And the office staff gets 10 stars too…they were so polite and courteous)
