Had my backyard redone with hardscape the summer of 2020. Much neater and useable. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Owner does come on site for visits. I'm very pleased. Looking forward to enjoying the space this summer.

Baffa Landscaping Design started working on my yard late in the season and did a great job. They took care of my leaves and trimmed branches that were hanging in the yard. I will be having them back next year.

Nino designed a beautiful landscape for the front of my house. Despite the 90+ heat, he and his worker installed all the elements and left everything clean and tidy.

Baffo Landscaping did my lawn last summer and have done my snow plowing this winter. Whenever I have contacted Mr. Nino Baffo with a
question or concern he is right on the ball with follow-up. He is very
concerned about doing a good job for his customers. Personally, he is a cordial, pleasant man who is easy to deal with.

Was very quick to return my call when I was looking to have shrubs removed. The workers were super friendly and professional. They made sure they took care of everything that needed to be done. You couldn't even tell that they were here. They did an amazing job. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

We bought a house that needed a lot of clean up and repair work. The landscaping hadn’t been attended to for a couple years. Nino cleaned out gardens, and removed bushes and shrubs. Did a great job!

They did a fabulous job installing a stone patio for us this past September. We also used them for laying down mulch in front and back yards, and trimming our side hedges. Warren did a great job with everything. When we had concerns about anything, Nino was quick to respond. Will use them again in the future.

I hired Baffa Landscaping to install a french drain in my backyard in August of 2023. During the wet months was getting a massive puddle of standing water that would take days to drain. Even after it was gone my yard was still soggy for days. My dog would track in heavy mud into my house every time I let her out. Suffice to say it was bad.

Nino was one of three landscapers I got bids from and it was clear right away he was extremely knowledgeable and he was able to come up with a solution pretty quickly.

When it came time to do the work his crew treated my house with respect. No left over trash of anything. The french drain went in as planned and they filled in with dirt and re-seeded and laid down straw for new grass to grow in.

Now we're well into January of 2024 and we've had constant rainfall. The puddle is completely gone.

If you're looking for someone who is professional and knowledgeable then Nino Baffa is an easy recommend.

I had a backyard in Mentor that was constantly flooding. We hired Baffa Landscape and Design to put in drains. The backyard has done well for so far when it comes to flooding however. My house was flooded because the plumbing work and connecting the drains was done very subpar. I’ve had the city of Mentor as well as another plumbing company that we are now paying another 10000 dollars to fix the the issues the previous job has caused. They were both baffled and shocked at how the drains were connected, the fact that there we no clean outs for the footers and that I was set up for disaster after going over the work that was done by Baffa Landscape and Design. We were promised to be left and showed a key as to how to turn the drain off or limit the flow. Multiple calls and messages sent to the company and ZERO REPLY! very unprofessionally costly and a shame that once you get the money screw the customer! Will never recommend or use again.

Nino did a great job reinvigorating our patio. He is easy to work with, follows up quickly, and keeps you updated regularly with project statuses. Thank you Nino and team. ~Bryan

We hired Nino to put a drainage system into our yard which retained a TON of water. I included some before pics to show how bad it was.
I waited a full year before leaving this review because I wanted to make sure it was very accurate. And I can say I am 100% satisfied with the work done after seeing how it performed for a whole year. They put pipe in throughout the yard and 2 drains. Then they graded the yard so the water would flow to the drains. Then replanted the grass.
The amount of water in the yard is so minimal now! And only right after it rains. We had a torrential downpour early spring, and it drained away beautifully. So happy because we have 2 dogs and now they can play without coming back in a speckled mess. It was so worth the money.
Getting the grass to grow back was a huge investment of time afterwards. But it came back just fine. We had to reseed a few areas, but that might have been our fault because the watering schedule was so rigorous. I included a pic of the new grass. (We added the clover intentionally)
Nino and his team were very professional. Always communicated and showed up as promised.
