Called H Jacks when we had an issue with our Hvac system. They came and inspected the system and found out we needed a new Furnace. Brad and John spent the day putting in our new Furnace. They did an awesome job making sure everything was working properly after replacing the unit. Everyone we have spoken with has been friendly and respectful. Thank you for taking care of us. Previously before calling the city gave a diagnosis. Come to find out they were incorrect when we metTechs Justin and Andre . The problem was fixable the same day and my stress was lowered to calmness. They were-amazing!!! Very clear on what the problem was and the options that was available. Even the communication to each other was flawless. Learned a lot about my pipes. Highly recommended. Especially those two gentlemen .

My furnace quit working at 9 pm on a cold night. Kody came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the repair had to wait for a part to be delivered in the morning. Virgil came out before 9 am, confirmed the problem and had everything fixed and running smoothly by 10 am. Both technicians were efficient, professional and personable. They represent the company very well. I will definitely use them for any future needs!
