Constraction reviews in Willoughby, Ohio

I would recommend Construction Solutions Ohio to anyone. I had a small, but time consuming, project that needed done, and Steve worked around my schedule to come by on weekends and after hours to get my project done. If I have any home needs in the future, I’ll be calling them.

Steve did a great job installing new bedroom doors and closet doors as well ! Definitely will be calling him if I need any other home repairs. Thank You!

I am very pleased with the work done by Steve. I was unsure if my hodge podge to do list could be accomplished completely. It was possible and quickly done. Shower tiles and safety bar repaired, loose banister now secure and security screen door handle replaced. My home is safer. I would recommend and will use them again. Thank-you

Steve expedited work on my hot water heater. It sprung a leak after years of service. Steve came over the same day to get work started and he was able to install a new water heater and get us going fast. Thanks Steve!

Awesome! Steve is up front, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work he did was amazing. He is detail oriented, cleans up daily, and is respectful and kind. I know who to call with all my future construction projects! I highly recommend the company!

Steve was such a pleasure to work with. I asked for a quote on the internet and he was the first one to respond. He is honest and good at what he does. Although his company is new, he is not new to the business he has years of experience. He cleans up after his work as well which doesn’t often happen by others You won’t regret hiring his company for your needs.

Steve is so reliable and thorough which is a rarity in this business. We had some water damage in our basement and in our master bath. Most contractors just never got back to me because the job wasn’t “big enough”. Very frustrating to say the least… Steve has been invaluable in not only doing the job right, but extra care in making sure the jobs are complete and look like new! We can’t recommend him enough!

Built basement stairs. Excellent job. Sturdy and safe now. Would highly recommend Construction Solutions. Happy with all the work they have done for us.

We had mold remediation done (edit: by another contractor) and 2 corner-adjacent, 4x8 walls and the 4x4 ceiling above them were left with their drywall and insulation (ceiling only, walls were not insulated) removed. Steve (the owner) gave us a very reasonable quote for restoration that included some additional ceiling work on the bathroom vaulted ceiling near a skylight, and in the living room, where a rough patch over a prior chimney hole for a wood-burning stove needed finishing. Steve was very detail-oriented and it was easy to see he knew what he was doing just from our pre-job award discussions.

In addition to replacing the missing drywall, the work included restoring the ceiling insulation, adding new insulation to the corner bedroom walls, painting the entire bedroom (walls and ceiling), replacing some hardwood baseboard, and touching up the ceilings in the other rooms as well. Steve warned us he might not be able to match the ceiling texture or the exact ceiling paint color, but the finished work is practically invisible to anyone who's not looking for it. We're very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use Construction Solutions again, or to recommend them to others.

Nice job, Steve!

I couldn’t ask for a better bathroom remodeling than I got from Construction Solutions. Steve’s expertise and attention to detail was second to none. I highly recommend him and will have him back for my next project.

Steve did an amazing job on our bathroom! He was also extremely helpful providing us advice on house care as first time home owners. Steve is super knowledgeable and a great teacher. I would absolutely hire him again for our next project!

Steve is awesome!
He did renovations in my home and does everything from framing, plastering, painting, sinks, toilets, electrical and the list goes on and on.
He takes the time to answer questions as to why things have to be done the way they have to be done and kept me updated with every step of the project.
Everything Steve does is detailed to perfection!
I highly recommend Construction Solutions Ohio!
I am definitely going to have him back to do other projects in my home!

Steve did a great job on my new garage! He was brought in to insulate and hang drywall, paint and finish work. Steve is extremely meticulous and had pride in his work. He was priced the job fairly and was very easy to communicate with. I strongly recommend him and his company!! PS. One of the few contractors to show up and finish the job in a timely manner!!

After a leaky toilet created a multitude of issues for us, we were left with needing significant repairs in our house. I found Steve and I’m so glad I did! We had a hole in the ceiling that needed patched, textured, and painted along with a small section of tile in the bathroom upstairs that needed replaced (and only one spare box of tiles). Steve came in and did all of the work flawlessly. He is super personable and professional. It feels like family helping you out. We will most certainly be calling Steve again, should we need it. Highly recommend!

Steve/Construction Solutions installed a new shower in our master bath. He removed our old tub enclosure and installed a shower base and Wetwall shower walls. We are so pleased with the finished product. We appreciated Steve’s precision and attention to detail. He also made sure to protect the rest of the bathroom and cleaned up the work area daily. We highly recommend Construction Solutions and would use them again for future projects.

We reached out to have some work done caused by ice damming, drywall repairs, and to have a grand room painted. We had Steve come out to give us a quote on the repairs. From start to finish, the communication, professionalism, and work performed was great. We will be using them for repair projects moving forward.

Steve did an amazing job on our kitchen! From evening out walls, building new window casings and sills, trimming out doors, adding wainscoting and then painting everything!!! My kitchen looks amazing!!! Thank you so much!

Steve the owner and Mark did a great job. Installing a new bathroom in the basement. Steve also added a walk in shower in the main bathroom. Everything turned out very nice.

There’s nothing I can say that will show how really appreciative I am! Having a company and a contractor who is honest is slim to none. Steve helped me save an absolute ton of money! He will be my first call for anything that I need in the future! Thank Steve!!!

I retired in Lake County to be closer to our son, his wife, and three of our four grandkids. I was born, grew up, went to school, worked, got married, and raised two kids in Wood and Lucas County. My wife and I consider ourselves to be native Toledoans. Being here was like starting over. I did not know who was good and who was not. I have had to rely on word of mouth and Google reviews like this one. I did not know Steve or his company before this. I fell up my basement stairs with my hands full of Christmas decorations and put a major hole in the drywall. Steve repairered the wall and painted it. It looks as good as new. Steve's Google reviews are what drew me to his company. I texted and immediately met Lilly, a friend for life! Lily is Steve's Assistant. She was so friendly! This warm reception continued with Steve. Words such as knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, capable, outgoing, conscientious, and friendly, describe Steve. When he left today, I told him that we would have him back to look at our bathroom and kitchen. We will! I highly recommend Steve and his company!

Steve was great to work with. He was very accommodating and did a wonderful job repairing my house after a water loss. Highly recommend if you are in the need of a contractor.
