We called the day before going & spoke to a very friendly woman, who understood about our medical exceptions about not wearing masks. When we arrived, we were “greeted” by Nancy, who seemed annoyed about the mask thing, and then became totally unhelpful. She obviously just wanted us to leave, so we did. We will never return.

If you're looking for something that you know neither Lowe's and or the Home Depot is going to have a clue of what you're looking for go to Mars Electric. They are very knowledgeable and know exactly what you're looking for even if you can't explain it correctly. Thanks a lot Mars Electric!

Highly Unprofessional! See all the positives and have yet to have a good experience. Staff is incompetent. Normally buy the same items when I shop there and these guys have the deer in the headlights look. Gee how hard is it to look at prior invoice and supply same items? The place is always packed full of staff with way less customers and they act like its a big inconvenience to do their job. Highly Unprofessional.

Steve and Mary provide excellent service. Easy to say, hard to do. I also enjoy the wide selection of products and value pricing that Mars offers, too. I look forward to working with them in the future as my lighting needs arise!

If I could give them more stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, top to bottom, working with Streb has been an incredible experience. I'm a first time homeowner who found out the house had some not-so-safe wiring and needed a full rewire, got a few quotes and ultimately went with Streb.

A big thank you to all who worked on my house for me, and a big thank you especially to Hope! The level of communication I received throughout the entire process was mind-blowing, I didn't expect to be so well-informed about the entire process! I was given daily updates, asked for my opinion on certain things, asked for permission for things such as cutting drywall, the list goes on. Anytime I stopped by during the process, Hope was more than happy to explain what was happening at any given moment, or run me through ideas, or show me what had done the day(s) prior.

Overall an absolutely excellent experience, there's a lot more I could mention but I don't want it to drag on too long! Thanks again for everything!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Streb Electric on 9/25/24! I called mid-morning and spoke to Karen who was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. I wish anytime I called anyone for a service, someone like Karen would answer! She cared, she listened, and she did everything she could to help! Karen was able to send an electrician over quickly. Danny and Vince arrived as promised and expertly addressed the issue, checked to make sure everything was working properly in my house AND took extra time to review/explain things to me. Danny and Vice are pure superstars! Highly skilled, kind, courteous, personable, professional, knowledgeable, respectful = all words I would use to describe the folks at Streb Electric. I highly recommend Streb and I sincerely thank the entire team for all their help today!

Chuck and Vince did just an outstanding job for us. A tree crashed down ripping our power line right off the house-- mast, meter, everything. These guys got right on it, and in a short while they had up a new mast, installed a new meter, and the power back on. Not only were they professional and proficient, but also very nice and polite. Great job guys, and thanks Streb Electric for the quick, same-day service.
