They start on time and end on time and work very hard while they are here. I appreciate that the team leader checks their work before they leave to be sure nothing was missed. Ruth and her crew have been cleaning my house for over a year, they do an amazing job. I've had Grimestoppers for several years and have always thought they did a nice job. However when Ruth and her crew were sent to my house it was amazing my bathroom had so much black mold before they came but after they left it was spotless!! They are always pleasant and efficient.

The scheduling / payment process is customer friendly.The follow up on questions/ requests from Grimestoppers office is prompt, professional and customer focused.
