I agreed to 2 employee hours of services. Two cleaners showed up and went furiously to work. After an hour it became clear that they intended to stay longer. I told them that I only agreed to 2 employee hours and they told me that they intended to stay longer. I called the company office and they said someone would call me back. No one called back. I was billed for 3.5 employee hours. Subsequent calls to the company elicited only the threat of turning my invoice over to debt collection.
