Our business used CLE Electric for the first time last month. They were quick to respond after I called for assistance. Friendly customer service representative. We didn't have to wait long for someone to come out. The electrician that came out was efficient and friendly. He got the job done and we are happy with the results. I would recommend CLE Electric to all of our friends and family and other businesses.

I had a great experience with Cleveland Electric. From the estimate, to receiving the proposal when promised, and to the completion of work.

Doug was our technician. He was professional, courteous, and very neat. He went over and above to make sure everything was done as quoted.

Jeremy came to Used Cars Inc on East 185th Street in Cleveland to correct and finish installing a florescent light fixture that a previous electrician had filed to install. Jeremy quickly identified the correct wiring errors, and professionally installed the light fixture. He also identified that the previous electrician bought the wrong light bulbs. Jeremy waited for one of our guys to run to Home Deport, purchased new light bulbs, and he installed them before leaving.
We are happy with his work and professionalism.

I find the staff to be prompt and courteous. Jeremy is very good about returning my phone call after the order has been created, He works well to find a schedule to work for all involved.

After several estimates, we went with CLE Electric as we felt they were the most honest and fair - and they did not disappoint! Doug and both Joes were great to work with. They updated our panel, replaced a light, installed an outlet, and updated several outlets. They were communicative and professional and I'd recommend them for any of your electrician needs!

CLE Electric replaced and expanded our electrical panel, and installed a new outlet for a mini split unit. Our experience with them was exceptional, from the first time that I called them through the end of service.

The individual who scheduled our estimate listened carefully to my requests and was so kind. When technicians arrived on the date of service, they were thorough, clean and considerate. They explained what they were doing throughout the process, completed a walk through with me at the end, and even set up a generator outside so that I could plug in a fan to keep our baby cool while the electricity was off.

They came out the same day and provided a different diagnosis for the same problem which saved me almost 75%!! Prompt, courteous, well equipped, and neat, are just a few of the adjectives I would use to describe them! Matt Toth is awesome, call CLE today!

Professional communication and good work are what I'd like to compliment CLE Electric on -- You are notified of the scheduled date via text, then updated when the technician is on his way. I've used them three times now and very satisfied with their service. There work is great. And they ask how their service was after every service call. Not many companies do that.

We called CLE to diagnose and fix some electric problems in our home. He came the same day and quickly fixed a number of problems. Totally a great job by Jeremy. Efficient, cost way less that I feared. Actually amazed at all he did.

The pro was very helpful and he got the job done quickly! The 2nd time I have had them to my house.

Jeremy and Matt came out to install a 50 amp, 240 V line and plug at my warehouse for a new piece of equipment on Monday 3-3-2025.
They were efficient and got the work done according to their estimate.

What a service experience! For years we have been using another electrician, a new one, a third one - just never great - now that we have found CLE electric I never have to worry about who to call next time. They were fast scheduling both the estimate AND the service, professional in the ease of the call, labor and work clean up PLUS even under the time they thought it would take. I would recommend them hands down for any job - new or lived in residential - our technician was an actual magician I feel.

Service was quick to come out. Needed a new disconnect. Jeremy did a nice job and readily answered questions.
