I scheduled another appointment for a friend. I don't know what happened but they didn't show up or return my call.

This was probably the best service experience ever. Joe figured out my refrigerator issue. No parts needed and then repaired a burner on my range which I’ve had serviced twice with no luck. Didn’t work for 2 years and was told it couldn’t be repaired. Joe fixed it. I am overjoyed.

Responded promptly, set up quick appointment. Explained all fees in advance. Quickly diagnosed the problem. Ordered the needed part and fixed it within a few days. Definitely would use them again.

The technician who came to our house was very professional. he rapidly figured out that the problem with our dryer was related to a faulty, hook up of the vent system inside the dryer. This created a dangerous risk of fire. He then cleaned out the excess lint in the dryer and hooked up the vent properly. The technician Joey was knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

I just picked this company out of the internet,and had several calls with the virtual assistant? When we finally had a live guy appear, he was Joey ,who was polite,cheerful,articulate and efficient. He fixed our refrigerator water drip problem in about 20 minutes. We will call them again if we have an appliance problem.

Steve was a nice young man who showed up on time and did the needed work to get our dryer up and running again. If we need help in the future, we would not hesitate to call him again.

Joe from My Appliance Guy could not have been more efficient, responsible and courteous. He called when I was told he’d call; he arrived when he said he would. Joe found the problem right away; ordered the necessary part; and was back two days later to install it. EXCELLENT SERVICE from Joe at My Appliance Guy!! He even took the time to answer my questions about a different household problem!!

Steve was very nice, informative, and helpful, even though we ended up finding out there was nothing wrong with the dishwasher lol Will definitely call again though if something else breaks!

I called for maintenance on my dishwasher. After $300, They only replaced a bracket to hold the dishwasher in place. The bracket itself was $40. A few weeks later the trap door for dishwasher pods stopped working correctly, I called back upset. I was quoted the part cost $70 (never looked at it) he said he would waive the labor given what I paid last time.
I decided not to proceed with this company.
Now… the dishwasher is pulling out from the cabinet again and not closing properly. I am furious. What did I pay $300 for!? Bad business! Shameful prices for bad work.

Great service, will definitely use again. They got right back to me after my initial call and were able to come out a few days after that. Steve was great, very knowledgeable, he knew exactly what the issue was and was able to service it that day.

Steve was very professional. Good communication. I paid for an evaluation only. The cost to fix an old oven didn't make sense. Steve gave good tips on purchasing a new oven.

Great service, arrived within the time frame given, explained after assessment what was required to repair, approximately how long it would take, the cost, the warranty that they provide on their work. The only thing I didn't care for was their virtual secretary IE chatgpt. I prefer to speak to a person. Overall great service and repair.

I scheduled an appointment online for our broken dryer and Joey came out the next day. It ended up needing part and he was able to come back the day after to repair. He explained everything, was super nice, and the price was right. Would definitely use My Appliance Guy again!

The Dryer needed a new heating element. So I called "My Appliance Guy" to take care of the project. They did a fantastic job and were out of here inside of half an hour. The also recommended "Mighty Ducts" finish the dryer exhaust. Both companies did a wonderful job. Thanks so much.
