Was 90 degrees in my upstairs when my AC went out. Came out to my house in a timely manner and was able to get things running again. Would reccomend to anyone.

My AC quick working and it was hot! I called and got a quick response and he was out later that day and fixed it up for cheaper than some other local companies. Thanks!!!!!!!

My grandma has had my issues with her AC in the past. During the spring, there was a week where it got very hot in her house; pushing 90 degrees. We contacted Baker Cooling & Heating, & he was there within hours to fix it! He's very personable, & easy to work with!

Pretty sure I had left a positive review after his visit. However, after 2 days we are in the same situation. There are cats under my father's house that dad has been taking care of for several years. Long story short, the cats disconnected some of the duct work. Another company gave us an estimate of $1100 to put all new duct work in. My father is on a fixed income so we found this guy who gave an estimate of around $500 +/-. So we went with him. He was here at most 90 minutes. Replaced very little with new duct work and charged my father $750. We specifically asked to have everything reinforced to prevent this happening again. Again, another company was going to install all new, he installed barely anything new and said we were good. 9 days later we are in the same situation. I've called, I've texted and I've received one text. Even though we should not owe him anything to come back and do the job correct, we offered to pay him again. He's outright ignored my father. Now I have to have another company come and do the job we already paid $750 to be done. If I could give negative stars, I would.
