We had a dead ash tree on our property line that needed to be removed so it would not fall on our house. We contacted them, and they were at our house the same day. Their price was reasonable, we gave them the okay, and the tree was gone by the end of the week. The following week, we had them trim another tree on our property that was very close to our storage shed. They found a limb that was about ready to fall and damage the shed, and they got rid of that issue quickly. They care about keeping people's property in nice shape at all times - I highly recommend them!

Tim was very communicative and did a nice job pruning our trees. When it was all said and done, you couldn't even tell they were in the yard with large limbs down, etc. The entire area was cleaned - like it never even happened. Tim is a great guy and does an excellent job . Trimmed my Burch tree took out pine tree bushes and removed stumps at a great price and the cleanup was so good I couldn't tell where he worked. Very nice man treated me with respect and was very pleasant 😊. Very highly recommended Thank you Roger & Linda Clark

I highly recommend them. Tim Gave us a very reasonable price quote. They did all the work requested and a little extra. Tim was able to give us a cost quote and finish the job very promptly.

My first time using All About Trees was se after the severe weather we had in June. I met with Tim for an estimate and was happy he and his crew could come within a few days. We had multiple trees with limbs and branches on the ground. They made fast work of everything in my front and back yards. Since Tim squeezed me into his schedule, we set a tentative time of 2 weeks for them to return to finish cutting broken limbs, branches and trimming 7 trees. Tim also installed a cable in one of my very tall cherry trees. While they were here, I had several questions we about 3 more of my trees wth problems. Even though they weren't on the work order, he gladly knocked out the problem branches and limbs for me at no extra charge. One of trees required climbing along with 2 he had already climbed. I can't say enough good about Tim and his crew! They did an awesome job with little down time. It was really hot too, 88° that day. Between my add on work, they finished in about 6 hours. I thought everything went well and they're performance and knowledge of their job was unquestionable. Another amazing thing is how they cleaned the areas of debris. Other than a little saw dust, you'd never known they were here. The trees all look great! I very highly recommend All About Trees for any and all services they provide. We just used this company to remove a few trees. They did an incredible job. They are extremely professional and dedicated to doing a great job. They took time to take steps to not damage our lawn by putting down plywood to drive over. I have used many companies over the years but this one is number 1 in my book. We’ve worked with Tim at All About Trees on two occasions, and in both cases he and his crew did an amazing job very quickly and at a very reasonable price. In the first case, they trimmed three trees in our backyard. From our first meeting to get a quote to the end of the work being done, Tim was great to work with, knowledgeable, and very communicative. We were very happy with the end results. Most recently, a large pine tree fell on our roof late on a Saturday afternoon during a wind storm. Tim pulled together his crew on short notice and was at our home trimming and removing the tree shortly thereafter. They put up a tarp to cover the hole in the roof and returned the next morning to remove another tree that had been damaged. Their crew even offered to come check on whether the tarp was staying in place when we noted that we were going to be out of town a few days later. Tim’s kindness and efficiency were a huge relief during a stressful situation. We wholeheartedly recommend All About Trees to anyone needing work done on their trees in the Wooster area.

We had a great experience working with Tim and his team. I had to push the service date back numerous times because of weather but they stayed on top of everything, every step of the way. They removed 3 trees all on the same day, removed brush, offered professional advice. The whole team even interacted with our 3 boys, they loved watching the trucks and team work. Great experience having trees removed next to house. After having multiple people turn us down due to location of wires running through the trees we were given Tim's name. He came right out and had it taking care of the next week. Cleaned up beautifully even taking care as to not get any mess in the pool. Quote was dead on. Very friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a large tree that had caught fire and partially burned from the inside which made it dangerous as it was next to the road and power lines. Tim and Troy came out the same day to check on it, then they were able to cut it down the same day. Wonderful people to work with! They did a great job and I would highly recommend them!

Tim and his crew are amazing, they are very respectful and hard workers. I had them trim some trees, they went above and beyond in the clean up. They cleaned up a old brush pile that we had that wasnt part of the original estimate. The price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use all about trees again or to refer them to everyone i know.
