Extremely great service provided! We are a regular customer with Anchor and we get our windows done a couple times a year and it makes the difference! highly recommended!

We had 3 screens in the basement when they started we now have 2. When we contacted them about it they said that it must be "somewhere in the house" if they had reinstalled them it wouldn't have been an issue. I haven't come across it yet not sure if it is inside or outside but I have been looking for a month now and I can't figure out where they could have left it at.

Reply: I only occasionally update my google reviews, I was updating them after going on vacation. My wife and I have separate accounts she didn’t have anything to do with my review, so this isn’t a fake account.

You are misremembering the conversation on the phone, you didn’t provide any clarification that they were in the basement because I asked where I should start looking and I was looking both inside and outside, of the home.

Just because you have 90+ great reviews doesn’t mean that you are impervious to making a mistake, which you did. Did you do an absolutely awful job? No. Did you do a shoddy job? Yes. Were you helpful when we called? No.

Anchor Window Cleaning was recommended to us by a co-worker and they did not disappoint. They worked quickly and efficiently, making the inside and outside of our house beautiful again. We had them power wash the outside of the house, clean all our windows inside and out, and clean our screens. The before and after difference is amazing. We will definitely be calling them again.

Anchor Window Cleaning is currently at my house cleaning my windows. I have been using this company for years. I have to say that I was completely appalled when Drake told me that someone gave them a 1-star review for putting flyers in mailboxes. Are you kidding me this is a family-owned company mother and son, father deceased. This is how they make their living and for someone to have the audacity to make a 1-star review over a flyer. This is what is wrong with this society if you have enough time to write a bad review about a flyer on a company that is doing honest work. You have time to reach out and help someone in need, but since you are obviously very selfish, I am assuming that won't happen. Anchor Window Cleaning is a wonderful company Angela, Drake and Pete are very professional. They take their job very seriously in doing honest great work. I have referred Anchor to at least 20 people if not more. They have been extremely happy with the professionalism and the outstanding job that was done. They have over 106 5-star reviews, their website just went up 2 years ago. I couldn't be prouder of them for proving my word. I apologized for the lengthily review, but they are good hard-working people that do not deserve this. For someone to give them a 1-star review when they have not even used their services is not only unprofessional but cruel. His review should be taken down. And by the way I found them by a flyer in my mailbox.

We have used Anchor twice. Both times they have done outstanding work on cleaning some really filthy windows. Angela and her crew are thorough and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job. The price is also extremely fair given the environment of high prices that we currently live in! Thanks guys!

The company originally was hired by CertaPro Paint company to clean exterior windows. Upon arrival they quickly suggested the interior windows be cleaned at a charge of $90.00. I agreed. The windows were cleaned but the window seals were left dirty. I later asked if window seals were additional or included and I have yet to get a response from the owner. I also found my brand new front screen I had custom fit with pet screen lying on my porch bent and screen stretched. The screen no longer fits flush and I have to buy a new screen. I sent photos and short video to owner and was asked, “what do you want us to do.” The most unprofessional answer I have ever received. As a business owner if you didn’t perform the job right the first time it broke something you replace and make it right or compensate customer. Poor customer service poor communication. Will never use this company again or recommend. BBB review and claim filed as well.

Better than Stanley Steemer

Puratech did an amazing job, our carpets look new again. With grandkids and grand pups we were is great need for carpet cleaning. They also spot cleaned our couch, where one grand pup likes to lick , disgusting, and now you can’t even tell. Thanks Steve and Nicky!
