This is a second review for us, adding to the one below. The Aqua Team was fantastic! They were so efficient and thorough, even cleaning a few things we weren’t sure could be cleaned. Leysi and Jenny were also incredibly professional and friendly. Once again, The Maids really came through for us!

First time using a cleaning service, so we were a little nervous about how it would go. Team Aqua was fantastic. Prompt, friendly, thorough. They even looked out for our cats during the cleaning. It was a great experience and we will be employing them again.

We have been using The Maids for several months now and they have been doing a great job. They are hard working, polite and arrive on time. The office is responsive to questions and requests. We currently have team Violet and are very satisfied with their service.

The Maids have been helping keep my house clean for years! The team I get (violet team) has been thorough, trustworthy, and careful. They make sure to efficiently go through the house, carefully working around art and objects, as they. Oh deep clean and straighten. The same team comes, so they know the house well. When they are done everything is spotless: kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms. Great attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I have been using The Maids for many years and they are great! Team Violet is always on time, friendly and courteous and most importantly they do a great and thorough job. The folks in the office are great as well and are always happy to make scheduling changes when needed. Team ( Scarlet) were friendly, and most areas of the home were cleaned well. However, a few spots were overlooked. The vents weren’t dusted, the window blinds were not dusted or cleaned, and the shower spray/nozzle was not cleaned. These details were a bit disappointing, especially since everything else looked great.

The Scarlet team did a great job! They were very thorough. Since I was just diagnosed with a dust mite allergy they gave me some suggestions.

Keily and her team were awesome! Paid close attention to detail. When they left, our home felt and smelled so clean - ready for the holidays!

Team Blush always does a wonderful job with cleaning my condo! Everyone is always very friendly and respectful, and they're careful to use products that don't harm my cat. I can't recommend The Maids highly enough.

Team violet did a terrific job cleaning our historic home. They show up on time, Their team lead does an excellent job, listening and acclimating her team . All team members were strong and capable. They also listened well to desired results and worked very efficiently apart as well as together . A job well done.

I love The Maids it’s a great value for getting your house done and the team that I work with which is called scarlet are wonderful. They always leave my house fresh, nice and clean and I think that they are an asset to the Maids Columbus I have used them for years and highly recommend them.
They are very dedicated and they always show up. They get the job done and I have a large home. They definitely take care of my needs and I’m so glad that I made that call I interviewed five other. Maid services And these guys got it together. I get notified when they’re on their way. I have the same team and I get the same results which is excellent in my book. They’re 11 out of 10.

Shout out to the Scarlet Team! They did a very thorough job cleaning this 4bd/2.5 bath house that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The toilets had some very tough lime/scale stains that needed cleaned. The Team handled it like pros! They got the toilets (and the rest of the house) back to clean and sparkling! Thank you for your hard work.

Team Blush completed a move in clean today for my parents and did a fantastic job! They arrived right on time and were friendly and professional. They worked so efficiently and completed everything in perfect time. I was so impressed with the job they did and how clean everything was!

We were in a pinch and needed a last minute cleaning service. Team Violet completed a deep cleaning on our house just in time for the holidays.
