WOW! Talk about great customer service! I was having issues with my sprinkler system and they were able to not only fix the issue/s - but - were so very patient with me in getting everything back online! Way To Go!!!

I've used Evergreen for years. You can tell when driving through a neighborhood which yards they maintain and which ones they don't, their work is that good. I highly recommend them.

I unfortunately have had to work with this company because the builder I bought my house from used them. They misplaced sprinklers off my property line, & installed faulty sprinkler heads. Then I was charged when they came out to repair, with the warranty never being disclosed to me. I would not recommend using them if you have the choice.

My husband and I were impressed with our neighbor's fescue, and how resilient it was. We asked him who seeded his yard, and he gave us Evergreen Landscaping's name. We called, and they came out to measure our area, to give us a quote. We had been talking to the man who came. We went inside for a minute, at which time he left, without saying a word. We were a little surprised, but figured they would be calling us with a quote. We waited a few days, and never received a call. My husband called them, and no one answered, so he left a message. A few days later, with no response, I called, left a message, and again, no response. We're left wondering what happened. Obviously, we do not recommend this company.

We appreciated the prompt response to our initial comment, loved the thorough analysis of our needs and clear communication, and absolutely thrilled with thoroughness and attention to detail for the work they’ve done to date. We’re looking forward to the design and implementation of our next 1/2 acre challenge.

I live in Mesta Park and regularly get glowing compliments about my landscaping and Christmas lights. Evergreen outdoes themselves to keep everything alive and pretty. They're consistant with treatments, unusually responsive to calls and requests, and always professional. I believe the curb appeal they have been able to create has significantly increased the value of my home.

We have used Evergreen for all our landscaping needs for nearly a decade. Jacob has always been prompt and professional. His crews do outstanding work and if I ever have a concern he is quick to resolve it.

I had a sprinkler pump issue right as I planted many new flowers in my flower beds. H2O emergency! I called evergreen, told them the situation, and had a guy out to repair the same day. Excellent service!

Hands down the best lawn care management company I’ve ever used. From pest control, lawn treatment and maintenance to seasonal needs like Fall Overseeding and Christmas Lighting. I Only trust them to make my home beautiful. It never fails that when I see a beautiful lawn it will have an Evergreen sign in the yard!

We requested a quote for trimming our landscape and laying mulch. I was told the hourly rate but not given quote regarding how many hours it would take. I was told on the phone that the owner had to be contacted before a quote could be given and a date for the work to be done could be given. I never heard back from the office, and came home one day with my yard done, and a $660.00 bill. If I would have known it would have cost that much I would never had proceeded. I have paid the bill. I brought this to the attention of Evergreen and have spoken to their office employee and the owner, Jacob. All they could say was "I'm sorry".

I payed Evergreen from August of 14' to June of 15' to apply pre emergent, fertilizer, aerate, treat any weeds by spot spraying, and mowing for 6 weeks while out of town from May to June. When i released Evergreen, my yard had more weeds and grass was thinner than when they took over. Also the office didn't communicate with the yard cutting crews for 8 weeks after we didn't need mowing service. Now on the surface, free lawn cuttings are awesome, but the mowing crew was scalping the yard every time to the point of leaving blade marks. In the end, i can make my yard look this bad cheaper.....

We use Evergreen for our lawn and landscaping and are very satisfied. We just had them replace some of the plants and mulch in our landscaping. They were very professional and got the work done in a timely fashion. It looks great! Dianne Rosenquist

I scheduled an appointment for someone to give me a quote on redoing a couple of flower beds and planting a tree. I had to call them to let them know no one showed up at the 10 am appt. Someone did come out and take pictures, and I have not received a phone call or an email. It's been 3 weeks.

I just moved to Edmond late summer and needed a reputable lawn care/pest control company. Evergreen was highly recommended by my neighbors and builder. Jacob and his crews have gone beyond my expectations! They have done everything - lawn care, additional landscaping, pest control and Christmas lighting. Promised work is done efficiently and on time.

Evergreen did my landscaping about one year ago, through a local builder. The landscape work was not good, as you would expect through any builder. Clay throughout the beds, no soil, brick and trash all through out the garden beds, cheap small plants... Fast forward 6 months, to last spring, I had a different landscaping company come out to my house to do an estimate for some other work that I wanted to be done to help clean up the mess that Evergreen had made. One of the first things that the landscaper mentioned to me was that a juniper on the front corner of my house was not planted well and needed to be replanted or it may die. My wife and I decided to pass on the landscape work at the time, and phase out the work over the next couple of years. Long story short, sure enough 5 months later, the tree that the landscaper from the other company pointed out had died. My wife called Evergreen to ask about our 1 year warranty on the plant, and they let her know that they would have their QC team come and take a look at the plant. It had been roughly a 1 year and 4 months since install (4 months past warranty). When the company came out they sat in their vehicle on the side of the road from about 25 feet and took pictures, never getting out of their car or taking a close look at the plant. A few days later Evergreen got back with us letting us know that the tree would not be covered and it was due to lack of water on our part. Funny enough, the rest of our yard is beautifully maintained and looks green and great. (plus they installed the sprinkler system so based on how the rest of the yard looks they must have made a design mistake in not allowing this tree to not receive enough water) To add to that, they also planted the same tree about 15 feet away and it is THRIVING. Needless to say, Evergreen Landscaping does not stand by their work proudly. From my knowledge, and the other professionals (2 landscaping companies) who have reviewed the work, Evergreen Landscaping planted the tree incorrectly and that is why it died. Sadly, this is why I will never work with Evergreen again, nor will I recommend them to any other home owner looking for a landscaper in the area.

We have used Evergreen Landscaping at two properties now. Jacob and Jackie are an absolute dream team. They are so responsive. I’m very detail oriented and they never seem put out. We have a pretty complex landscape design plan and they have everything looking absolutely beautiful and manicured. You cannot go wrong with this company.

I hate to have to change my 5 star review to 2 stars but it is all the deserve. They previously kept my yard beautiful years ago and that went great. However, everything went downhill when we moved and I tried to get service with them again. I got hung up on repeatedly and could never leave a message. It was so strange and I brought this to their attention. I work during the week and needed to leave a message on the weekend. There should be a way to do that. The owner is pretty responsive although not great at customer service. I decided to give them another chance bc they did a great job on my lawn previously. I could never get a quote on the area I requested and kept telling them I wasn't getting a response. I dropped it and chose a different company.

Fast forward to today, i gave them yet another chance because crappy communication doesn't equal bad work. I wanted them to fix my sprinkler system and they sent a guy out who had no idea what was going on. He turned on my sprinklers and starts digging holes everywhere, nowhere near the leak. When he arrived I told him where it was and pointed and he nodded his head. I went out to tell him to turn the sprinklers off because he won't see the leak if all the grass is wet and we had previously turned our water off so everything was dry. He then turned MORE sprinkers on that were spraying on me while I was trying to direct him.
He then told me he speaks very little English. Totally not his fault but the office should have made sure he had interpretation for directions and for me to tell him what was going on. The office didn't answer when I called to try to get some translation so I called the owner. He told me "this guy knows what he is doing" (despite other reviews I now just read about their irrigation). I mentioned I was paying hourly for him to walk around my back yard when the leak was in my front yard. The owner said how about we just part ways and I'll pull my guy. I set aside the whole morning for this and was majorly inconvenienced and hurt by that response.
FORTUNATELY I called another guy who said it shouldn't have been done that way. He is going to come out and look at the leak the proper way and then give me an estimate rather than an hourly rate to dig holes all over my yard. I am so glad that guy left and I do appreciate they didn't charge me (although the guy only did more damage than good) because he DID NOT know what he was doing.
Reading other reviews it seems like Evergreen could do a lot better if they work on clear communication.

I want to say a big thank you to Evergreen Landscaping. We had an issue with a service - and they were fantastic in terms of accountability and follow up. Within 24 hours of us calling, they came out to address the situation and did a full reservice at no charge. We’ve been with them for 2 years and this was the only time we had a small issue and again they were great. Our yard looks the best on the block thanks to their team.

Evergreen Landscaping just completed an update to my lawn. The task included drains, trees, perennials and flagstone pathway. They are also my go to for maintenance, weed control and fertilization. They are great to work with! Their crews are very hard working and keep long hours to get the job done. I would very much recommend them..they have a great team!! I find them to be very professional and attentive..

Switched to Evergreen from a competitor. Night and day difference on the time spent and quality work the Technician did. Expect to see a substantial difference in the appearance and health of my yard. 5 stars.

We started the year last year with no pre-emergent for weed control. Evergreen did a great job working to correct the issues left by the other company. This year our lawn looks wonderful...green and no weeds. We utilize their weed and pest control plus mowing. It is an easy one stop solution.
