I cannot recommend Brad and the guys at Certified Heating and Air enough! We had 3 other heating and air places come before these guys to fix our ac, and they were all a nightmare. Everyone one of them had a different diagnosis and when they went to fix the ac it was messed up the next day already. Brad and his guys were able to get in here, diagnosis the issue, and get it fixed quickly! They were professional and on time! They call you when they are on their way and you can even track their location online which was a game changer for me! I will forever be using Brad and his guys from here on out!

Brad has been servicing our HVAC system for about 2 years. He is always professional, kind, and honest! We just had our outdoor A/C unit replaced and it works like a charm. I can't recommend him enough!

Brad was amazing today at diagnosing my broken AC. Weather deemed a reschedule, but Brad was sure to make my problem a priority and was able to come out quickly. Mini- Splits can be difficult to diagnose I asked for a second opinion from the home warranty company after an initial diagnosis that was incorrect and wanted to bill the home warranty company for more than what the whole unit cost.

Brad and his team came out and went out of the way to contact the manufacturer's technical support line, check on the warranty of the Heat pump unit and verify their diagnosis.

Turns out the heat pump unit was bad and they were able to order the whole unit at a fraction of the cost of the initial diagnosis.

Brad ordered the heat pump, submitted the claim to the warranty company and returned with the new heat pump ahead of schedule.

Now in days it's hard to find honest Tradesman that are in it for the long game and building repeat costumers.

Additionally Brad was friendly, professional and it was a pleasure working with him.

Will make sure to request Certified exclusively should I need any other HVAC work.

Brad and his team are simply the best service (utility, cable, internet, plumbing, etc.) company I've ever had needed. They did work for me on my house a bit over two years ago when we first moved in and I was pleased to see they were the first contractor for American Home Shield, which we use for home warranty repairs. They were able to come out the day after my service request, were on time, and did a thorough examination of the issue. I'm satisfied that they not only were able to inform me what was happening, but they are not looking for their next opportunity to get more $ out of the situation. Honest, thorough, knowledgeable, kind...all words that I would use to describe this business.

Our request for service was placed on May 4th. Started with cold air with leaking a/c. He came out to clear the blockage, it continued to leak, then he came out and placed a pump along with adding Freon. Then we lost all cold air but the leaking stopped. He came back to fix, after he left, there was warm air coming out of the vents. Now, he is saying that we need a new unit and it’s not due to normal wear and tear. This is unbelievable! He is not being honest and he is retaliating for me requesting that he submit his report to American Home Shield. If the unit needed to be replaced, why did it take 3 visits for this to be determined? Seems unethical and untrustworthy. Please beware, I thought he was taking care of us but he really was screwing us over.
