Constraction reviews in Bixby, Oklahoma

First time home buyer here. Joey did a great job with the walk through. Very detailed and extremely helpful on what to look for when doing your own home inspections.

As far as home inspectors go Joey with Daily Bread Inspections is the absolute very best choice. Choosing anyone else would be a risky move. Professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. It’s one thing to know to details, it’s an entirely different when the home inspector can translate the information for everyone to understand and Joey does that in great detail. I would HIGHLY recommend Joey to all of my family, friends and anyone looking to buy a home. Don’t chance it with another home inspection company!!!

Joey was absolutely amazing when it came to completing our home inspection. Not only was he super detailed with every inch of the property, but it included detailed photos of everything as well. I highly recommend Daily Bread Inspections, ask for Joey!!!!

Wonderful company! Joey was so sweet and explained everything I needed to be concerned with in my home! I highly recommend!

Joey was right on time and performed a thorough inspection of the house we are planning on purchasing. He was courteous, friendly and professional. We received a very thorough report within 30 minutes of him finishing the inspection. We were very pleased with his thoroughness and attention to detail. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a house inspector. Thanks again Joey, pleasure meeting you.

Joey was very kind and professional. He discussed his findings with me and answer all my questions. Absolutely calling him again for my 1yr warranty inspection.

My experience with Daily Bread Inspections was just fantastic. With over 40 years in the home business and a former home inspector in Texas, I've seen many different companies. To date, this was the best home inspection I've ever been party to. Including my own. Fantastic communication, timely, relevant and spot on recommendations. I highly recommend you give these guys a try.

Absolutely fantastic experience with our home inspector! Joey was incredibly kind and approachable, making the entire process stress-free. His attention to detail was unmatched—he thoroughly inspected every nook and cranny of the property. What stood out the most was how clearly he explained everything to us, breaking down his findings in a way that was easy to understand. He patiently answered all our questions, ensuring we felt confident about the condition of the home. I couldn’t recommend them more highly—truly a five-star service!

Joey was super professional and respectful. After our walkthrough, and with less than a week until close, Joey was accommodating to make the time to look at our home that same week. He was very respectful to the contractors that were working on our home, and very informative to me when he went over our results. He looked beyond what was required, and he always had a smile on his face. I would highly recommend him, and I will be recommending him to my friends when they buy their homes in the future!

I would definitely recommend using daily bread inspections for all your inspection needs. Joey was amazing: so personable professional and kind. He knew his stuff and clearly articulated any issues that he foresaw coming up in the future. Will definitely be using them in the future!

I called around and was nervous I wouldn’t get a thorough inspection but was I wrong! Joey was polite, communicative and went out of his way to accommodate me. He knows what he is doing and he won’t overlook the tiniest things we wouldn’t have thought about like screws missing or incorrect screws being used. The bread was also a nice touch!

Joey was able to find a time slot to perform an inspection on quick notice for me. Professional and prompt to address my concerns, he helped me make an informed decision through the purchasing process. Would highly recommend!

Located a couple of electrical items that needed to be addressed which the sellers took care of. Also noted the hot water tank did not have an expansion tank which was also was taken care of by the sellers. We feel great about the whole experience, would highly recommend this service! Thank you for going over all the aspects of the inspection and explaining your findings.

Joey was great. Very thorough and great at communicating any issues found. He also understood that the VA loan can be a bit of a pain when it comes to the appraisal, but with how thorough he was I'm sure nothing was missed. Lucky for us it's a solid house, Joey answered any and all questions my family and I had about the home's integrity. I HIGHLY recommend Daily Bread, and Joey specifically. Thank you so much for your time, Joey and I appreciate how smooth and seamless you made the entire process.
