I recently hired Sparks Construction for a full home update, including a kitchen remodel, interior painting, and new carpet installation, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
From start to finish, every subcontractor they brought in was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were always willing to take the time to answer my questions and explain the process, which made a big difference.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond while still staying within budget. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the final product.

The best construction company period. They saved us after our total loss rebuild after our fire. We originally used a different contractor and had a poor experience, so when we found Sparks from a family friend, we were already in the hole financially because of the past contractor. Sparks took on the undesirable role of taking on a project midway through. Brett and Chris are good people. We were rebuilding the home to sell. They finished it before our expected timeline, and under budget. Who does that! We listed our house in a buyer's market and got 4 offers in the first couple of days and are now under contract. All thanks to Sparks!

We were incredibly lucky to connect with Sparks Construction after a major loss house fire. I expected the rebuild to take a year or more and for it to be a nightmare dealing with contractors and adjusters. Instead, Brett, Chris and their team rebuilt our home in 8 months. The timeliness was much appreciated, but more importantly they did not cut corners and delivered quality! They communicate and asked for our input. The huge thing for me is they knew how to communicate with the insurance adjuster, which is a whole other skill set in itself! Don’t hire just any builder after a house fire, you need someone with the expertise that Sparks Construction has around building after a disaster like fire or flood. Thank you Brett and all the team at Sparks Construction!
