Great service, very professional and Company's service tech was very informative and upfront. Price was better than expected vs other company's in past. Technician was able to get my system up and running where other companies stated it needed to replace led and wasn't repairable. Will definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know.

Ian was very polite and personable in my encounter with him yesterday. He explained they were in the neighborhood, checking a roof and explained that his company would be happy to check my roof free of charge. I was very happy to accept that offer and they came out first thing the next morning. He texted me when they arrived here and texted me with a report when the inspection was complete. I was very impressed with the Ian and Family Roofing and will keep his card handy the next time we have a hail storm to have my roof re-checked.

Jayden Pena with Family Tree Roofing was fantastic! Great personality and very helpful in explaining costs and helping navigate with the insurance company. We had a minor problem that was not Family Tree's fault. They fixed the problem promptly and made everything right. The roofers did an excellent job putting on the roof and getting it done in a timely manner. Cleanup was perfect! The guttering company they hired did a great job! Brandon is amazing!! He is so knowledgeable and was recommended by our insurance agent. We called him to look at our leaking roof and he came out the next day. We had an estimate for $4,000 from another roofing company. Brandon got up on the roof and quickly and easily fixed it perfectly. No more leak for free!

Brandon at Family Tree Roofing was incredible to work with. His motto is to treat all his customers like family, and it shows. I highly recommend Family Tree Roofing. Nick came out to inspect my roof (it was installed in 2005) because with the recent winds I thought I had a shingle come off and upon inspection he informed me it was NOT part of my roof (thank goodness) but he said even though my roof is old he didn’t see any reason to replace it. Oh and he did get on my roof and hammer something back down just don’t remember what it was called. But I definitely appreciate the honesty and when my roof does need to be replaced I will definitely be using him. So if you’re on the market for a new roof I would definitely give them a shout!

Ian with Family Tree helped us get a new roof this spring. We had a couple issues after the roof was placed to which family tree honored the warranty and got fixed for us. Highly recommend!

Ian was on time and did a great job inspecting my roof. Ian explained that there were nails poking out of the roof and needed to be sealed. He was quick about the repair. Ian was very polite.

Ian came by our house one day last week, indicating that there has been some hail and wind damage in our neighborhood. He asked he could check our roof out for. . He was a very nice gentleman, and I felt comfortable with him. Normally, I would tell him no I’m not interested, but this guy was so professional and nice that I allowed him to look at our roof. After reviewing our roof, he said that it looked pretty good, but he wanted to get another opinion on it because there was a couple areas that he questioned. He came back with a gentleman named Nick and they looked at our roof and told us everything looked good. I feel this is a very honest company, and I would gladly do business with them when I need a new roof.

Ian is as very professional and easy to work with. He worked with my insurance and got an approval on my claim and had a new roof installed within days of the approval! I’m very happy with my roof and the yard after clean up was done. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Ian was great to talk to. He did a thorough inspection, showing me video from up on the top of my roof! He explained the areas of concern and what is recommended to be repaired. He also looked inside the attic to see if there were signs of leaks. He was honest about what repairs vs replacement were recommended. I appreciated his candor.

Ian was very friendly and professional . He showed a video of our roof. He found one part that was damaged and put a temporary fix on it at no cost to us. We should be getting a quote from him soon.

Had a great experience with Family Tree Roofing. They will give you a honest assessment. Many of my neighbors are having their roofs replaced after recent storms. Ian did a thorough inspection of our roof and found no shingle damage. I appreciated his honest assessment. He observed rust and damage to screws, offered to climb the roof AGAIN and repair them for way less than the cost of a handyman. Ian was a great communicator, friendly and reliable.

I had a roof leak. Called Familytree and Brandon came, found the leak and fixed it. Then I heard another water drip sound and so I called again, Ian came investigated and found that there isn't another leak but one of my hvac pipes were disconnected and he fixed that no problem!

I recommend for being honest and thorough!

Ask for andy real polite came out and checked my home everything was okay with my roof except for I had a piece missing on the top of one of my pipes they even put that back on for me for little to nothing give them a call highly recommended
