Great company, very professional and quick with scheduling for inspections and repairs. Would highly recommend. There is usually a $75 service fee for coming out to inspect the property and provide a bid, that is an acceptable fee for travel to and from the worksite plus time gathering information for locations outside their local service area. The folks at RCS did a great job fixing my electrical problem. Found them from a road sign and I’m so happy I used their service.

RCS was right on it as soon as they got word! Communication was top notch from beginning to end and Bonn and Jeremy were the Greatest!! They had to dismantle log siding both inside and out in order to do electrical repairs and were perfectionist’s putting it all back together BBBetter than it was‼️🌻💐🙏Thank you so much❣️

Being maintenance for multiple headstart centers, I'm always needing work done "yesterday", & RCS has saved me/my company time & time again. Not only with efficiency, proficiency, & exceptional knowledge, they continually exude professionalism & customer service. As long as they are in business, I/my company will continue to utilize their services.

I called RCS and they immediately set a date and time. They showed up on time and messaged first to let me know they were on the way. The electricians showed up did fantastic work and were very pleasant and informative. This job was installing some vanity lights and outdoor lighting. I have more to do and will definitely be calling them again. They gave me quotes on the future work to be done and explained the process for troubleshooting. Highly recommend!

The came out very next morning after they were notified of our damage from storm and assessed damage, on time and very nice. Will be back to get us all fixed up. Definitely recommend. Update they were back out the very next day 2 hours early and got the jobs done....wow so amazed and thankful to them for everything they did during the storm after math.

Gentlemen came out on a Friday looked at what I needed to have done. The next week he sent two young guys out, they commenced to beaten the box outside of my home. PSO had a lock on so they were beating it off with a sledgehammer. wife said something to them so they went and got a saw and cut it off Then it came down to we have to ask our boss if this is actually covered through your home warranty company so they left gotta call the next day from I would imagine the owner of the company and was very rude ( I had him on speaker phone and my home health nurse listened to the whole conversation and she couldn’t believe the audacity) and said I could go get somebody else because he asked me if they could send someone out to inspect the premises again for the third time and then they would’ve had to come out to do the work and then have to be a fourth trip And after he asked me twice if I would just get somebody else I said that’s fine. That’s exactly what I’ll do. Job has been completed by Murray Electric top quality done in one day didn’t have to make multiple trips.

This company and the electricians they sent out were very professional and fast. Fixed my problem in no time. I will definitely use them again in a heartbeat . Thanks RCS. 💖

My experience with RCS was great! They were professional, reliable, honest and fast but accurate. They were easy to get in touch with when I had questions and provided thorough information. They communicated with PSO so that I did not have to. RCS made my time without electricity a little less stressful! At the end of it all, their work was done correctly.

I’m very pleased with the service I received throughout the entire process. Everyone was so friendly and responsive to my inquiries on my outdoor lighting. The lights look great. Talk about great service. Called got a next day appt for a non emergency need. Tech (Jeremy Dobson) should up on time and very polite. Explained my issue and let me ask question. I will be calling them for any future needs for sure.
