Our first experience with Mayberry was May 2018 on Friday evening preceding the hot and humid Memorial weekend. We searched the internet for a company in the Bristow area, Mayberry stood out due to my having noticed their trucks around town in the past. A person actually answered the phone after 6 pm and said they would work us in the next day. They very quickly and efficiently identified our problem, friendly, respectful and genuinely cared that we were comfortable for the weekend, urging us to call again during weekend if we had further problems. Fast forward to 2019, we needed their service last week and again it was a good experience....the employees are professional and respectful, we highly recommend Mayberry Heat and Air!!!

These guys are awesome....really! I usually am not impressed enough with a service to give it a review. The technician was very courteous and helpful repairing my heater and answering additional questions I had about related topics. AND....they wore shoe covers :))))

I called their office first thing in the morning and left a message. Shortly after, I received a call back to schedule a time the very same day. Mr. Mayberry called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. He charged my unit with freon, and it's never cooled so good in a few years. I'm very pleased with his work! I was told last year by another company that I needed to look into getting another unit because mine was too old. It's working great and I'm very appreciative! I would definitely use them again.

They are great, friendly knowledgeable, and leave you with a good feeling that they’re going to take care of anything you need them to be doing! Great owner and it spreads to the crew!

Called them at 845am this morning. Are furnace locked up and caused our house to fill full of smoke. I told them the problem and asked when they could be here. At 9:03am the service tech was at my door. Everything is fixed and was very well done. Great communication and very polite. They also have a monthly service plan that we also are doing. Cost is $9.99 a month and they will come twice a year to inspect everything to make sure we are prepared and ready for the cold days and the hot heat. When you loose your heat or air it could be a hassle to find a good company to take care of it. I feel they are the right company for me. Also already recommended the monthly plan to my family and they got the ball rolling on that as well. Very satisfied.

Responded in a timely manner, came quickly, and fixed it within an hour of service!! Overall would highly recommend to anyone!! Definitely will use them again!!

My AC went out while I was napping. Woke up to 84 degrees in my house. Called my neighbor to see if they had used anyone for their AC needs and they highly recommend these folks. They got to me super fast and went Right to work. My house is cool again thx to JC Mechanical. Shout out to my neighbor as well. Very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, etc. Highly recommend if you can't tell.

Paul was super helpful with my issue. Our unit from 1987 gave out, which Paul tried every attempt to get it in working condition. After trying numerous options, ultimately had to upgrade to a new unit. Paul and his crew did an amazing job installing our new unit!

I would recommend JC Mechanical to everyone, they are very reliable and work with everyone on the same basis, if they are at another job and you need help with your heat or air , they always help ... they take very good care of their customers... they are very friendly and visit and talk to their customers as they do their work , they will give you advise on how to take care of any problem with your heat and air .. if you need help during the night with your heat or air they will be there to take care of the issues as fast as they can.
And their prices are very good and affordable.

Paul has come by multiple times for seasonal tune ups and is always professional and explains things well! They helped us out quickly last summer when the AC went out.

I’ve always had good experiences and fair prices with them. Highly recommend their monthly membership, it’s worth it imo. Big shout out to Paul for being knowledgeable, willing to explain why things need to be replaced, and always doing excellent work. He’s also just a great guy :)
