Didnt take long to diagnos and the tech was very nice ... just cant get over the installation costs these days.

Brothers did a terrific job on our broken dishwasher. They gave good advice on avoiding future problems and fixed it quickly for a fair price. I'd definitely use them again.

I had to use them for my warranty company. My ice maker is still not fixed but Brother's Appliance Service told the warranty company they had completed the job even after I had called several times to let them know it wasn't fixed.

Great experience. Tech was very polite. Fixed my Samsung ice maker. One star shy of 5 because I left a message with whoever answered phone for tech to call me back after the diagnostic and I never got a call. Would use them again.
