Steven Ragsdale and Austin, the project manager, with Blacksmith Roofing were a pleasure to work with on the replacement of our two car garage and shed roofs. We had multiple layers that needed removed and they did an excellent job. They protected my garden, had absolutely no debris remaining, and our roofs look amazing! They are honest, down to earth, kind people. I can't recommend Blacksmith Roofing enough!!!

Unreal service. This company has had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! From day one the took it out of my hands and did the rest. They dealt with our homeowners claim got very supplemental taken care of at no charge or hassle to me. They communicated with us about everything and never left us in the dark. The installation crew was the hardest working crew I have ever seen as well. They cleaned up every scrap, nails and equipment to where I couldn’t even tell they had been there. Awesome work. Blacksmith Roofing & Construction was a great company to work with for the replacement of my roof. They do what they say they are going to do in a very timely manner. Working with Paxton and Austin made the process flow very smoothly. Communication was very good so that we knew what was happening and when.
The ten person team that put the new roof on were very hard working men that paid close attention to details. They protected our gutters, plants and the pool. They made sure all debris and trash were completely picked up prior to leaving.

The whole team top to bottom from the office to the crew at the job site, they did a great job! Victoria, Paxton, and Austin were easy to communicate with and always available during office hours. Paxton did a great job at explaining everything from the first time I got an estimate till the last inspection. He explained how they will do it, why they use these materials, why they are adding more vents and what are the steps of the installation. Austin was clear when the crew will be coming out and when the materials will be dropped off or picked up. Victoria was clear when I need to have the payment ready and when I need to send my certificate to my insurance agent.

Cesar and José were the heads of the crew members at the job site and the whole crew did a fantastic job from the start till the end.

Blacksmith has provided a truly exceptional experience. From the initial roof inspection to the coordination of Our State Farm adjuster and final roof replacement, including guttering has been a very professional hands off experience. Blacksmith followed up with the roofers for three days until the job was complete and then the gutter replacement as well. I had very little contact with the roofers or gutter people because I didn’t have to blacksmith took care of it all, I would highly recommend them. August 2025

I had 160 feet of privacy cedar fence replaced by Makcool Landscaping. They did an excellent job, price was very fair and they were great with communication throughout the job. I would recommend them for fence work.
