We knew Firehouse Roofing did good work as they had previously done small repairs and replaced the shingles on a shed for us. A recent wind storm blew several shingles off our 16+ year old roof, so we contacted Firehouse immediately.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They walked us through the entire process, answered all our questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable.

On the day scheduled for the roof replacement, their crew showed up on time, worked hard, and completed the job quickly all in one day. I just wanted to brag on my interface with your company. Got the post from Missy about roof inspections. Our roof is around 24 years old and I thought it was time to have it checked. I have no leaks just thought it was time. Filled out the online form and set a date a week out. We were doing spring cleaning on the front of our lot when a white pickup pulls up. We live rural and are gated so traffic is minimal. I honestly had forgotten about the appointment but thought…that may be the inspection I called for. A fine looking young man, Mat Dillion, got out and introduced himself. I explained the story on our self built home on Lake Eufaula. We went about our business and he proceeded to get his ladder out and start. We have a two story home. After about 30 minutes he came and told us some very good news. He said for a 24 yr roof it looked great except for the ridge that could stand replacing. I replied that we were pleasantly surprised and appreciated his honesty. Mat was a very pleasant young man. Then your follow up bids several days later were very explanatory. The administrative part of my interface with you was super. Then several days later a follow up email asking if I received the bids and had any questions. Rarely am I impressed as I was with my interface with your company and employee. Many folks are quick to give negative reviews about issues but reluctant to take the time to praise. You have just been praised. This doesn’t happen accidentally. It is because of good leadership.

Mike Dillion and his team at Firehouse Roofing did an excellent job. We initially had issues with the insurance company with approval. This claim was made after hail damaged my roof. Mike went the extra 10 miles in getting a local adjuster to examine the roof after the disaster team refused to replace it and got it approved. The roofing team was phenomenal and got the job done in one day with plenty of help on the project. The project supervisor was here the entire time and stayed when the others were done to be sure everything was cleaned up very well. Thanks for the top notch experience! We had a some shingles fly off from the crazy winds the past few weeks exposing our attic. Called around and literally firehouse was the first to call and come out. All others took days to reply. They were very informative and quick to repair. Would highly recommend.

Firehouse was so amazing! Communication was top tier, I was informed in every step. Even after I had to add on my shop three days before tear off. I was impressed with Jake’s initial visit and his understanding what issues were in need of repair and what it would take for those repairs. He assured me that the people responsible for the repairs would be very professional. I ultimately paid more for Jake’s bid, but felt it would be worth the peace of mind beyond completion of the work. I had trust that Firehouse would stand behind their work. I can't thank everyone at Firehouse more for how they helped my wife and I when we purchased our home in Broken Arrow. From an almost impossible time crunch imposed by our lender, to working around bad weather, to always being available to talk through any detail of the project, I was unbelievably impressed day in and day out.

We needed extensive repairs to the roof structure of the house, a new roof, as well as new siding and new gutters. The workers treated my home as if it was their own, the attention to detail has been commented on by our new neighbors and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

The price, speed, finish, and communication were all 5 stars and I would recommend them to anyone.
