Rain-Flow Systems Seamless Guttering

We were very pleased with the actual gutters and installation. A few years later, we had a problem with our fascia board rotting and they gave us a quote on coming out to repair it. It was a very small job, and apparently it wasn't worth their time. I just wish they'd told me that up front instead of me having to try to call them to remind them to come out and actually do the work, which they never did. It was always "we'll get to it next week" and that week never came.

Heidi was especially helpful and explained the process of having our gutters replaced. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again. Everyone was so polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to recommend this company. In the beginning we were promised numerous dates for installation that came and went and it wasn’t until we told them to forget about it that they finally showed up to do the install. Initially it looked good but once it rained, we noticed that one of the gutters was installed incorrectly. Now the real fun begins, we called numerous times again and was given the same runaround as before, even after talking to the owner! I Called again to find out when they were coming out and was lied to and told it has already been done, I'm like no it hasnt.
Finally, after multiple weeks and what seemed like a hundred phone calls later, they showed up to make the repair. The sad part is it was an easy fix that took less than 1 hour to complete. I have never had to work so hard to give a company my business and I really regret it.
