Our AC went out and Jordan came out and investigated and found the issue was with the circuit board. He explained our old unit, and what the new units would do for us! He was very professional and friendly!

I used polar bear jacks home services to spray foam my shop. Ronnie and his crew did an amazing job, prompt on time and very reasonably priced. I also admired his let’s get it done attitude while maintaining quality workmanship.

Zach and his team are great. I had a project that was time sensitive (aren't they all?). And they pulled through for me. Price was great and system works great too.

Ronnie Bridges is a Godsend. Our home has been so hard to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Thanks to him we will no longer have that issue. He came in, gave us an excellent quote and got right to insulating our home. He is a very hard worker, extremely professional, kind and considerate. I felt so bad having him go in our attic at the height of September's heat. I cannot say enough great things about him. Thank you for the many ways you helped us. He has earned our business and I will recommend him to everyone we know.

An A+ Team! These folks are thorough, clean, and friendly. I had a furnace, condenser unit, and air handler system installed the day after I requested it for a fair price just before temps hit the 100s. And they answered all of my random questions along the way which is a big plus. Thanks again PBJ

I called Polar Bear Jack’s for some issues we were having with the three mini split units that they had installed in our home. JJ came promptly on time and took care of everything. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was very patient with all of our questions and concerns, and very thorough. We will definitely ask for him again.

I have been a customer of Polar Bear Jack’s for all my HVAC needs since 2016. I’ve got a rather difficult piece of equipment that requires patience, knowledge, and care. Sometimes parts for my HVAC unit can take weeks to arrive and the PBJ team have always gone above and beyond to help me stay comfortable in my home during the repair process.

A hot day for a hot job but Polar Bear Jack's did a cool job. My old system was 22 yrs old & needed to be replaced. Every thing went smoothly & the crew did an excellent job. I recommend PBJ's to show up on time & do the job right.

We are very please with the service we received by all the techs that came to replace our mini split system. JJ and Rico went above by offering to take away an old hot water tank that they saw sitting out that we were going to have to deal with. Thank you guys!

Took a chance and trusted the reviews. My heater had been blowing cold air and then heat. This had been going on for years and no one could find anything wrong with my system. Casey came out and did a diagnostic and found nothing wrong with the system but when I told him that we had a nest installed he decided to check the equipment settings and there it was…I had a gas furnace programmed as an electric furnace. Within one day my furnace had 2 hours less usage! Wow! NEXT: the insulation looked very minimal and Ronnie came out. I had 3 inches of blown in insulation. I don’t know what happened to it but they had a fair quote and Ronnie was so polite and came out the next day. Now I have 16” of white snow in my attic and I am sure my pocket book, in the long run, will appreciate the work he did. He took pictures for me and answered all my questions. That winter wonderland in the attic will be enjoyed for years to come! Thank you Polar Bear Jacks and Adam for answering all my questions and having a great team to meet our needs!

These guys are the BEST, they came to my home on a Saturday fixed my air conditioner within 20 minutes and I had cold air blowing. Highly recommend for all your home heating and air needs! Thank you Polar Bear Jacks!

Very pleased with entire job they did for my boss, from original quote to completion. Replaced 3 large units in 2 days. Richard, JJ & Willy laid down tarps to protect flooring for tear out & carefully extracted old units. No trash left behind. They even called out coworker to remove closet shelving to get old units from attic without damaging
wall/trim. Highly recommend this company for price, professionalism & communication.

Our heat went out this past Friday night during the terrible weather… we called the guys at polar bear jacks to have them come out and check the problem, Zac with polar bear came out check what was wrong they sent JJ the tech out Saturday afternoon we were all fixed up! These guys are top tier they tell you all the problems and help you understand what the things that were needing to be fixed and done will definitely use them again if something else happens!

Lost heat on Friday during the arctic blast and Zac cox came through for me. He got the part I needed and had a tech come out and fix it. The techs name is JJ. He came out in the bad weather and fixed the heater in Á matter of minutes. I highly recommend using polar bear jacks. They were both very professional. Thank you for getting my heat back in during the cold weather that came in.

JJ was outstanding today! My 80 year old grandmother's heat went out last night and he came out, and already had an idea of what the problem was and had it up and running within half an hour! I'd highly recommend him to all! Thank you so much Polar Bear Jack's!
