Called on 6/21/23 and set up service, said they would be out the next day. No one showed or called, followed up the next morning was told again the would be out that day. Again no call or follow up. I understood companies get busy and the recent storm situation doesn’t help. However, if you make an appointment keep it or atleast follow up.

There is a lot I can say about Mow-Town Outdoors. The biggest is their professionalism. Any issues that we have had they are prompt in getting us taken care of and making sure that we’re happy with the outcome. I also love how they are dedicated working locally.
