Landscaping reviews in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

You have a website with many positive reviews which is what any company would want, right? Except, the business, which has a "Get a Quote" button, isn't taking on any new customers. That is, as of, 8/29/22. Isn't that defeating the purpose of advertising? Don't bother people, this business has all the business they want.

The job we had done was a small landscape lighting repair job, but when they came out, they fixed it immediately and checked everything else out to make sure it was working properly. Very happy with the work.

All of our interaction with Craig, Carl and their team was at a very high professional level. They interpreted what we vaguely envisioned and nailed it to exactly what we wanted. We were extremely pleased with the finished product.

Christmas is merrier now that Proactive is in charge of lighting. Wife is very happy, therefore so am I. Proactive does a great job both hanging & removing lights.

Craig recommended a full design on our front flower beds and they went from boring & drab to FANTASTIC. He listened to what my needs were about “maintenance-free” plants and he wrote up a plan to get things exactly how we wanted.

Proactive landscaping did an outstanding job in my front and back yards. The crew was personable and efficient, and they were nice to my dogs :) They paid special attention to what I wanted. And the flagstone walkway from my patio to back fence is gorgeous. They went above and beyond.

I really appreciated Craig and Carl from Proactive Landscaping. They were so valuable in helping me plan out our landscaping design as well as giving me their professional advice on which plants and trees would work best in certain locations on our property. I've worked with other landscaping companies in the past on different projects when building previous homes, and by far they have been the most pleasurable to work with. Proactive Landscaping is highly recommended!! We have used them since last year for all our landscaping needs. They did an amazing job with out LED Christmas Light display that has our children in awe!! They recently created several new flower beds to create a home oasis. We will be using them for a lighting project in the near future.

This company was absolutely AMAZING!!! I had originally used another company, Make It Rain, to come out and repair my landscape lighting system. They charged me THOUSANDS of dollars, NEVER completed the project, and when I asked them to come back and finish the work they’d been paid to do, they were extremely rude to my wife and I.

I was desperate in that we were really trying to get the house ready to put on the market to sell. I “googled” “Tulsa landscape lighting” and was shocked with how many companies are out there that purportedly do this kind of work. I started calling one after the other. I spoke to at least 10 different companies before talking with Craig at Proactive Landscaping. Craig was extremely professional, very thorough in the questions he asked me and was extremely receptive to the questions I had of him. After we finished speaking, Craig took the pictures I had provided to him of the problem areas and was able to email me a quote that same day. Now, I’ll be honest. This is the first time I’ve ever had to pay a 50% deposit prior to meeting anyone in person from a company I was using to do work, and after just getting burned I was very hesitant. However, I really felt good about Craig after speaking to him and I went ahead and trusted my gut; I am so glad I did. Craig showed up on the date and time he had previously committed to. He was extremely courteous and kind to my wife when he got to our home. He did not speak down to her and took the time to explain to her what work he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He and his crew then got to work and finished the project in a timely manner. Craig made sure EVERYTHING was working just as he said it would, and even took the time to call me while I was at work and explain the problems he had found, what was done to remedy those issues, and did not ever attempt to charge me more than the original quote he had provided.

We will definitely use Craig and Proactice Landscaping for any new work or repairs we need in the future. They truly were a “breath of fresh air” and the house looks amazing with all the lighting they were able to fix. We really appreciate the professionalism and integrity exhibited by Craig and his crew at Proactive Landscaping. Thanks guys!!!
