The three gentlemen John, Brandon, and Bear from Arbor Masters were very professional and courteous. They explained what and how the trees would be trimmed. Throughout the process they keep me informed if they saw any issues which there were none. Actually my neighbor texted me and said the trees looked great. I would highly recommend these gentleman and Arbor Masters to anyone who needs tree service. You guys Rock!!

I had stopped by a house that Arbor Masters were working on and ask the young man for a business card and when it got time to get quotes, I gave them a call along with five other certified Arborist companies and Arbor Masters were quick to come out, knew the trees and provided a quick quote. I Googled all of the companies and found more positive reviews on Arbor Masters and the quote was so so much better. I had two huge trees that needed limbs removed, pruned and cleaned up and two large trees to be removed. They were able to schedule meet in quickly and they came out and I met all of the team, there were six employees here and they worked so well as a team and was sure to take care of my property and not damage the roof, guttering, AC unit, storage house, gas meter and mailbox. They were all on business and you could tell that they worked closely with each other because of how smooth and expeditious their work was. They cleaned up so well, you could not tell they were there! The house looks so much tidier and has a fresh look. Their equipment, trucks and other vehicles looked well maintained. Oh, I also want to recognize Kayla, Office Mgr., on her great customer service skills by always answering the phone (I had to leave voice mail with a few other Arbor co.'s during business hours), was friendly when answering ALL of my questions (!), and sent all emails/communication in a timely manner! Let me tell you Firehouse Roofing is A+++++ would give more stars if I could! The did my neighbors roof, and they were so polite and clean with the work they did that when it was time for roof replacement for our family they were the first call that I made. I checked with other roofers as well, and I can tell you that they were the most responsive and they did a temporary fix for my leak until they could get me on the schedule the following week. They worked with me every step of the way. I am very thorough person and I generally have a lot of questions about things I don’t know much about, Tyler was amazing to work with he answered all my questions and never hesitated to message me back right away! Not only do they have an amazing staff they also have an amazing warranty and they take great pride in the work they do! You will be hard pressed to find a better roofing company to take care of your needs, trust me I checked! Will be using them from now on with any roofing needs and you should too!

I was thoroughly impressed with Firehouse Roofing! I called Russ and he was able to get his crew out to me the very next day. When Braden and his coworker showed up to my house, they were extremely nice and gave me a rundown of what all they were going to do during the inspection. In a timely manner, they came back and gave me a honest opinion, which made me feel at ease and trusted their opinion. They were able to give me a quote within minutes and in doing so, I immediately booked them to do the repairs they suggested. Mike came out that very next day to do the work and he wasted no time! He showed me before and after pictures and was just an overall pleasant human to work with. All of this to say, I called and had everything squared away within 2 days all while receiving the best service. We went with them based on their length of time in business, reputation, estimated cost, status as platinum certified ATLAS installers and lifetime certification of their work. We're super pleased with the results and they were persistent in working well with our insurance company. Highly recommend.

This locally owned business did a great job replacing our old roof and gutters. They had a knowledgeable team that fixed several historical issues with the roof and gutters. It was a multi-day job and they cleaned up at the end of each day. They focused on doing a quality job and making sure we were satisfied with the work. The final bill was as agreed with no payment requested until the job was completed to our satisfaction. This is a locally owned company focused on providing a great service and product to their customers. The warranty on their work was longer than several other companies who provided quotes. I love finding good tradesmen because they are sometimes hard to come by. Consider Firehouse one of the most excellent roofing companies in the Tulsa area, if not the best. I own a few commercial and residential investment properties throughout the town and I have used them a few times in the past and they have always been responsive and priced me fairly.
Recently, they did a small job for me and there was some miscommunication between Firehouse and my property manager on what the total scope of the job was. When the job was completed, i noticed something wasn't done that I thought was going to be done. Come to find out, my property manager was simply mistaken on thinking that thing should have been done. There was a little bit of miscommunication between both parties but the fault probably more rested on our end. Nonetheless, Firehouse took care of the issue without question and they wouldn't accept our offer to pay them for it either.
They do business exactly how I would do business and they have further solidified why I will never contact any other roofer in the future other than Firehouse when I need a roofing job done.
