I was really impressed with this company. I would suggest you use it if at all possible the representative gave me excellent information was polite and kind very professional.

Mom’s house had a water leak under the slab. Our plumbers, Joel and his coworker were very quick to respond, fix and clean up was great! Very professional in work ethic, great customer service, and kept us informed every step of the work project. Thank you Murray Plumbers. Will definitely call if needed again.

Dillon helped us so much! He did an excellent job and was such a pleasure to work with. Thank you to Murray Electric and Dillon Hood for taking such good care of us.

Got same day call and repair for a hot water tank explosion. Came out within a few hours change it out to a new one. Left floor clean and was very personable.

Anthony was prompt and thoroughly inspected the area that had burnt. He as well took several pictures so the technicians would have an idea what they were getting into. He was very well spoken explaining the whole process to me so there would be no surprises.

So far so good, prompt very good communication, polite,also the dispatcher and Brandon.Im waiting for the estimate for the work.
It was nice they called ahead.they gave me a eta.
Brandon was prompt and listen and acknowledged my concerns and ideas. Thank you.
However...the price was outrageous.

Murray Electric is great. I had an electrical problem about 3pm on a Friday and they had a service technician to my house before 5pm. His name was Stacy and he did a great job solving my issues and was polite and very skilled.

This was a estimate visit. But my guy Zach and Brandon were really nice and very helpful. I unfortunately ran late to my appointment and Zach was very nice and patient. I can't say enough about their kindness. And if the job gets approved then they will be the ones I trust to do the job. Thanks guys!

Joel was very friendly and very efficient! He did an Amazing job, I have been needing my faucet fixed for a year, I almost cried when I saw it!!!Thank you Joel and Murray Electric!!

Upgraded service panel, removed old overhang wire, installed ground wire, final charge was same as estimate (which never happens)! Team was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Cost of estimate was deducted from final bill as well. Anthony Benson was my service tech, he personally maintains a 5 star rating within the company which is well deserved!

Murray plumbing was fast to respond to my request. They came to my house the next day and accomplished what I needed done The young man was polite and very courteous. I don’t remember his name but then I’m old so forgive me. I am most happy to give Murray Plumbing a five star. My only issue would it was more expensive than I thought it be but still happy

My pastor referred me to Murray when I needed my septic system unclogged outside. Gabe gave excellent customer service and Ozzie came through and took care of business in a timely manner. Thanks Murray!!!!

I hired Murray Plumbing and Electric to finish out a ‘barndominium’. Both the plumbing and electric teams did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions/requirements. Just nice, honest, hard-working gentlemen.

Nick provided excellent customer service. He was professional courteous, polite preformed required service in an efficient manner. I highly recommend him and will request him for any further assistance

I would strongly advise against engaging with this company. They are unscrupulous and deceitful. This goes for the plumbing dept as well since it's a husband and wife team.
Murray Elec. attempted to deliberately inflate charges on my credit card, which they unlawfully stored in their system without my consent from a job they performed two years ago.They were simply tasked with providing an initial estimate for the work I requested to be performed on my property and the one paying for the service. Instead, their electrician opted to follow the advice of a man I had meet at my property to unlock the secured gate. It seems that their worker, Jason, was inadequately prepared by them with my instructions and, feeling uncertain and lacking the common sense to contact his office for clarification decided to rely on the guess work between himself and the person I had unlock the gate. The company benefited from this situation, as they started accumulating charges without my awareness or consent, for the electrician's work. There was no single phone call made to me, the property owner, as the one who initiated the work order and as the bill payer. The sheer audacity of this company is quite evident. Upon receiving an estimate of $4200 and a charge of $300 to an old credit card that I no longer use, I was taken aback. When I attempted to lodge a complaint, Misty attempted to shift the blame onto the individual I had sent to simply open the gate. There is no responsibility for the lack of guidance they provided to their employee, no responsibility for the fraudulent use of a credit card from a purchase I made two years ago, which they did not have my consent to retain, and no responsibility for their electrician's lack of common sense to contact the office if he was perplexed by their instructions on what he needed to do. There is no accountability at all.
I've filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau over the fraudulent activity the company engages in.
Save yourself the hassle its not worth the anxiety of them sneaking in charges against you and stealing your money.

I wish there was a 0 stars option. Even trying to get a quote emailed to us correctly from them was impossible. Once we finally got the quotes, there were almost 4 times higher than two of their competitors. But that was not the worst issue I had with them.

In four different phone calls, I requested, very politely but firmly, to speak with a supervisor. I never had the opportunity to if their Customer Service is this bad just trying to give me a quote. I can only imagine what it will be like if I actually obtained their services.

Was on the phone asking for a free estimate for an electrical job proposal only. Never was able to get a schedule while I was on the phone for over 15 minutes. The lady said I am sorry more then 3 times for not being able to get what in my opinion should not have taken so long. This is not a good was to start any business transaction. So as of this writing still not even had so much as a return call back. This is now more then two hours later. Would not recommend this business if this is how it starts off with.

Nick was polite, efficient and very understanding of our needs. He got a lot of work done for us in a 3 hour time frame and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Nick!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this plumbing company. I called them to locate and repair a leak, and the situation was handled with little logic and even less professionalism. After turning off the water inside the house, they told me the meter had stopped running, implying the leak was not before the house shutoff valve. I approved their suggestion to put nitrogen in the line to locate the leak.

Unfortunately, they wasted over an hour searching in a completely illogical place, even digging a hole in my yard for no valid reason. They then proposed installing shutoff valves above the house shutoff to isolate what they believed was a leak between the shutoff and the kitchen. I agreed, but they had to leave to buy parts.

After returning and installing the valves, they realized they were completely wrong. The leak was actually before the house shutoff valve—the exact opposite of what they had insisted earlier. At that point, we agreed to settle up for the work they had done and revisit the actual leak on another day.

The final bill was over $1,500. It included an hourly charge for their time spent shopping. Not only is my leak still not repaired, but it also turns out they had assured me incorrectly from the very beginning and I still have a huge hole in my yard. I’ve worked with many plumbers and contractors, and I have never experienced being charged hourly for part runs. Their work installing the valves uncovered their lie and exposed their hours of unnecessary work.

I cannot recommend this company. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses.

Murray Electric has been my go to for electrical needs over the past 3 yrs. During this particular visit I was adding an additional 110 circuit for a fish tank in my home office. This proved to be quite a challenge due to the 2 by 4 ‘s in the wall being horizontal instead of vertical. Clearly, Stacy was the man for the job! Based on his experience, knowledge & perseverance he was able to get the job done! Thank you, Murray Electric once again for another project well done! I highly recommend this company.
