I can't say enough good things about A1 Mechanical Services. My old furnace quit working & after going thru all the options with technician Justin, I opted for a new furnace & AC. Because the furnace I wanted was out of stock, Justin contacted several surrounding states to have one overnighted. He was concerned because my elderly mother lives with me & could not tolerate the cold. The next day they sent a whole team to do my installation & they worked non-stop till everything was installed & tested. Thru the process I bugged Justin with questions & he was very patient & knowledgeable in answering all my questions. His assistant Michael installed a new Wi-Fi thermostat & helped me thru the setup of an app so I could control my thermostat remotely. The whole team was professional & very friendly. Before they left, they told me if I had any problems, or questions, or needed any adjustments to the system to just give them a call.
I would definitely recommend A1 Mechanical to anyone needing repairs or a new system.

If you want a new system they're as good as anyone else. HOWEVER, if you need your current system repaired, call someone else!!! A1 Mechanical exists for one purpose only...to sell you a new system at top dollar (they'll say it's because they only use the best materials). They're not interested in fixing anything. You've been warned.

Just want to say thank you Justin did a awesome job. it was very professional and the part I like the most was that he was very honest on what was wrong with my unit and what needed to be done to repair unit. Justin replaced just one part and got my system up and running. Justin did not try to sell me other parts saying that they needed to be replaced also. He was professional and honest.

Wortmans intsalled my American Standard unit and went out of business without a letter,email or call. My unit went out and is still under warranty... I called around and the businesses from Google would honor the warranty. My next step was to contact American standard they led me to Paul at A1. What a awesome experience. He got here early and.was done before the time he was scheduled to come out... He was patient answering all of my questions even explaining some of the terminology that he used explaining my issue... I'm happy I found this company and will be spreading the word on the $16 a month service agreement and the $74 service call.... Thanks again Paul

A1 Mechanical Services provided us with a complete A/C and heating system. They listened to our requests and made it happen with a reasonable price. I can say this company is fair, honest, knowledgeable and cares about your comfort and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for all your AC and heating needs!

A-1 responded quickly when our furnace quit working on a cold day. We discussed the age and repairs needed. We decided to replace our 15 year old, cobbled together heat pump/auxiliary furnace system with a two-stage furnace and ac unit. They repaired some poor vent systems while doing this work.

The furnace was delivered quickly. The workmen were terrific on installation, and didn’t leave til we had heat that first night. We are so thankful for their service.

I’ve been doing business with A1 Mechanical for 3 years. If your in need of home A/C-Heating maintenance or installation I recommend to call them first. Fair, Honest and Reliable. The monthly service contract is the way to go for a hassle and worry free option.

We were having an issue a while back with our unit not working. I was frantic and happened to do a quick google search to find some help. Thankful for A1. They were timely in coming out and getting us squared away. When I called into the office about a few billing questions, Rachel was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Would recommend!

Daniel came out and did a great job. His troubleshooting abilities were fantastic and we got the problem resolved relatively fast. I would never use anybody else! We are going to start saving for a whole new system.

So my unit completely quit on me and I had no idea what to do. I looked on google and came across A1 Mechanical Services and read their reviews. So i called them. Melody answered the phone and i must say it was like a breath of fresh air talking with her. She was very knowledgeable and very understanding with my situation. I asked if I could get someone out to my house asap. I have a newborn baby and was just freaking out. Literally 35 minutes after hanging up the phone, Paul knocked on my door. I was amazed! He was the most knowledgeable person in the hvac world that I have ever met. He showed me everything that was wrong and what needed to be replaced. I was not in the best financial situation and was worried as how I was going to afford it. He literally was my saving grace and offered me financing for the complete system that costs thousands of dollars. All I had to do was put down a very affordable down payment. Long story short. I am sitting in my house with my baby all warm and comfy. They also offered a air purifying system that kills all germs throughout my house. Now I can be comfortable knowing that my baby is completely safe in our home. I cant thank A1 Mechanical Services enough for everything that they have done for my family. If you need anything HVAC related, be sure to call them first. You will not be disappointed! Thanks guys!

Paul did an amazing job working with us! We had run into so many issues and he definitely saved us! Installed a new furnace, coil, and AC unit! My husband and I highly recommend him!!

The A1 technicians are very professional and know their stuff. If one of them runs into an issue they can't resolve, another tech will come and help. Our last service from Jacob and Daniel was very good. I'll continue to use A1.

Paul is very thorough and professional. He explained what the issue with our heater was, gave a fair quote, got the part needed and installed within a few hours of calling him.
I will be using A1 Mechanical Services again when needed.

I am super happy with my new American Standard HVAC unit! My old unit was more than 20 years old...We've been piecing & parting it together almost every summer just to keep it barely working, but it has finally seen it's final day!
A1 was so quick & easy to work with. I left a message on their Facebook/website on Monday morning to get a free quote...I received a response from Carmelita within 30 minutes to gather more information & schedule an appointment.
Carmelita & Paul came out (almost to Bartlesville!!) first thing Tuesday morning to check out my old unit & go over my replacement options. I was in a hurry because I had to work, but they made it fast & easy to understand & told me they could probably have it installed as early as Thursday & it would take about 7 hours. They left the financing application with me to consider their offer, with absolutely no pressure to buy! The application was short & easy to understand - I was able to get approval & schedule my appointment same day (Tuesday).
The technicians showed up Thursday morning at 9am as promised & they were completely done by 2pm! They worked fast & did a fantastic job! They even swept my floor & everything before they left!
I love that they offer a maintance/warranty option that will bring them out 2× a year to change my filters & maintain my new unit!

5 stars & highly recommended! Fast, dependable, and honest. Paul straight up told me he knows he's not the cheapest (which I knew because this was my 2nd quote) but they would take the best care of me & I would get every dollar worth - which in the end was 100% truth!

A1 installed our new HVAC system several years ago and really listened to what we needed. We have been on their maintenance plan ever since, which gives us peace of mind with spring and fall system checks and maintenance. We couldn't be more pleased. Recently, Daniel, not only performed a thorough cleaning and service, recommending needed maintenenance issues, but answered questions we had about other services like a pressure check for leaks and insulation replacement. We couldn't be happier with A1.

We used A1 recently to replace our full upstairs AC system, including rebuilding the plenums for both upstairs and downstairs furnaces. They did an amazing job and the workmanship was great! The replacement unit is working efficiently. They were on time and the technicians courteous and respectful of our home. We were so impressed at the end that we signed up for their maintenance plan. Sold my home and hired A1 to do the HVAC yearly inspection and maintenance for the buyers. The customer service was great from the very start from the scheduling to the service. A gentleman named Michael showed up on time. Was super courteous.. saw I had white kitchen floors and removed his shoes without being asked. He was thorough in checking my entire HVAC system. Found an issue with my AC unit, explained to me in layman terms what the issue was, showed me and gave me what it would cost to fix it before proceeding. He kept me informed the entire time, cleaned everything before packing up and made the payment process super easy. If you are lucky enough to get Michael you'll enjoy his politeness and continue to believe that good customer service exists when people genuinely enjoy what they do. While I've decided to not use them at this time, Paul was very nice and thoroughly informational when providing educational tips about my existing units and ductwork. I believe I will use them in the future when I choose to replace my units. Also ask them about their 0% financing! I appreciate Paul's professionalism and the fact he wasn't trying to push the sale and provided me with more than enough education about my systems/future systems so that I can in turn make an informed decision! Hope to do business with you guys one day!

Absolutely hands down best company ever! Called late in the evening and I didn’t even leave a message. The next morning Carmelita calls and sets up a time to come out. Paul who is the owner came out to service our heater! Super nice and friendly guy. He took the time (unlike other companies we have had out) to actually look over our unit and fix the issue. He found issues that should have been addressed by others that have came out. Paul was completely honest about what needed to be done and thorough with his work. Carmelita is super friendly and easy to chat with! She didn’t mind the barking dogs. She explained the service plans they offer and was just easy to chat with! I am so glad we found this company!!!! Don’t waste time call them!!

Had them install a system for a small area of our house back in 2022. This system NEVER ran correctly fought issues with this for way to long.. first it was a charge issue then it was air flow. Bottom line I wouldn't recommend this company to install a window unit from Walmart let alone a AC system.

Carlos was outstanding!! He was very professional and so kind. He checked everything throughout my furnace, home, and air conditioning units to make sure he found the problem. Once he did, he talked to me about options and affordability regarding price. He even wrote up a report for my insurance company and shared pictures for me to submit. I am very pleased with Carlos. They really chose a very smart and hardworking young man to do the job! He even made me feel safe in regard to making sure the furnace was in working order and no fire would break out. I will continue to go with Mullin due to Carlos!
