Cale was recommended to me by my son who was a former coworker of his from a different company. I was more than pleased! Cale came to my home the very next day after calling him with a Central AC that wouldn’t get cold. All during a 110 degree heat index outside. He diagnosed it within 5 minutes, had the compressor part I needed on his truck and I was fixed in 10 minutes!!! He answers all my questions, some he had to repeat in simple terms. Such a wonderful man!! I rent so I told my landlord all about how wonderful he was so now, She has agreed Cale is both of our forever Heat & Air guy! Extremely thankful (and impressed!) with Cale!!!

Our heater went out during the snow ice storm late at night. I called and they came out early the next morning. We needed a couple of parts and they were able to get the parts and have us fixed very quickly. They were very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. This was an emergency for us with temps at 8 outside.

We submitted a request to Okla Home and within 30 minutes Cale replied. Cale was on site that afternoon and quickly diagnosed the defective gas valve. Verified part availability and we approved the repair. This was a repair that could be scheduled and Cale completed the repair as scheduled and for the agreed price. Outstanding service company

These guys did a great job. Had an issue with the outside unit but they took care of it and installed a complete outside unit.

Amazing! We needed a pressure switch replaced for our heater to work properly and Cale and his guys delivered quickly! They were friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They are professional and affordable! Highly recommend!

I’ve now had this company work on two houses I’ve lived at and service is incredible every time. Extremely educational and informative. Before they did anything they brought me out to show me the problem and explain why/what was going on. Very educational and made sure i understood everything going on so that i could make an informed decision on what i was willing to pay for them doing. They were very transparent with pricing. On top of that, service was extremely quick and the problem was diagnosed and fixed immediately. I’ve had them fix my AC units and also install insulation and both services were top tier. I absolutely recommend them for any HVAC/insulation needs.

Cale and his crew were great! Messaged him at night after business hours about a loud noise coming from my AC unit. He had it fixed up by noon the following day. Very professional and nice guys! I will be using them for all my heating and cooling stuff moving forward.

We had Okla-home heating and cooling come out and check our air conditioner and to see what was going on with it. Cody and Chris came and ran a diagnostics test on everything and were very thorough! We had our AC go out on the hottest day so far in July several other companies were days if not a week out. Okla-Home not only answered after hours but had no problem fitting us in the very next day! Technician Cody came out, quickly diagnosed the issue was very courteous and explained the capacitor was the issue, had parts available on the truck, replaced and we were up and running within the hour! Not only did they take care of our overheating household the very next day a family member of ours had an AC failure and even though they were booked solid they found time at the end of what I’m sure was a long day, they diagnosed and fixed their issue as well! Okla-Home Heating & Cooling did an amazing job. My property management group is not so go at actually solving problems but Okla-Home and crew went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable in our house while we waited in PPMG to authorize repairs. They did so by going out and buying portable AC units for our house on their dime. What company you know that would do that for a customer?? Amazing group from top down!!

Cale, Chris, and co are great! They have been servicing my commercial warehouse the last week and suddenly my AC at the house went out! Chris followed me home the day I told them about it, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right there! They are very transparent in their pricing and what exactly is wrong with each unit. They are great to work with. Cale is very communicative. They are small, family owned business! 10/10
