I called Arbor Masters about our beautiful "very mature" Japanese Maple trees that seemed to be sick and dying. They immediately presented a plan to preserve our trees. The late freezes we had this year caused stress for these trees and were the cause of their issues. Arbor Masters provided vitamin injections and special pruning to help our trees heal and recover. We really appreciate the care and attention that we received from Arbor Masters and highly recommend their service for both professionalism and knowledge.

The guys at Arbor Masters are true professionals. From the initial consultation to my job being completed, they executed everything perfectly as far as I'm concerned.
If you're considering having some tree work done, you need look no further. These guys are the best.

On 6-16-24 I've had the need for the great services of Arbor Masters again and, again they did a very professional job for me and got it done quickly. I never have to worry about these guys because they always are professionals and get the job done.

The Arbor Masters crew cut down a full 40 ft. pear tree that was surrounded by buildings and gardens on all sides. They were very careful and expertly removed the tree with no damage to our property. We are completely pleased and satisfied.

They performed phenomenally in trimming and removing several trees, seeking our approval for each phase of the work. All onsite staff were very cordial and very professional. They were very safety conscious and worked to ensure no damage from cut limbs falling on roof. They did a great job of grinding the stumps and completed all clean up the next day. Only observation was either the possible exhaust (if pointed down) or the dripping of fluid from the track lift that killed about an 18-24" diameter circle of grass, wherever the machine was set up. It was not evident while they were working, and does not detract from the excellent service provided.

Arbor Masters did a great job taking down a very large tree for me and cleared off all the debris. Will certainly use again. Price was better than competition also. That's a bonus!

These guys are incredible!! We have used them for years. They saved our big beautiful maple that another tree service said we should cut down because it was dying. Arbor masters saved the tree by treating the disease and fertilizer. Our maple is so happy now! They have trimmed our trees and cut down a tree for us and left no debris.
Customer service for this business is some of the best I have ever received. The office and the workers that come to your home are so polite and have such skill. Thank you Arbor Masters for treating your customers so well and for all your hard work to make our yards beautiful!!

The crew did an excellent job on our very old maple, and clean up was amazing. We are very happy we called Arbor Masters!

They did a great job cleaning up the tree branches growing towards our house and cutting down a dead tree in our yard. We asked to save the majority of the tree for firewood and then chopped it down for us and stacked it up all nice for us.

Arbor Masters' customer service is top-notch.

Just a few weeks after Arbor Masters carried out tree pruning services at our home, we had a very large limb break from the top of one of the trees. I contacted Arbor Masters, who was quick to respond to assess the situation. It was determined that the arborists had pruned properly and completely, and the break was not a result of their action or inaction. Despite not be responsible for the broken branch, and having no obligation to remove it, they readily agreed to work the job into their schedule, at no additional cost to me. When the limb broke, and before Arbor Masters arrived to assess, i had cut as much of the offshoots from the main limb as i could to take weight off and keep if from falling completely. Upon completion of removing the broken limb, they hauled away all of that debris.

Again, Arbor Masters was NOT responsible for the broken limb, but went out of their way to solve my problem, at no additional cost to me. That is customer service at its finest!

Wow! I am so impressed with the outstanding job the Arbor Master pros did! I asked for their names so I could brag on them by name. Wail was the foreman, and Brandon and Chris were the crew. I’m pretty sure there were more out there, but these were the main guys. I’ve had this tree done twice before and both times it cost more and they didn’t do half the job that Arbor Masters did! They had all the special equipment, even the things to lay down in the yard so the heavy equipment wouldn’t mess up the yard.

Upon arrival the crew gave an explanation of the work they were here to perform. After completion they wanted to ensure we were satisfied with their work. They did an excellent job of removing cut branches and debris. We highly recommend Arbor Masters and will use them again.

It wasn't a big job but I felt that they treated me like a big spender. They were courteous, did a great job and cleaned everything up. Couldn't ask for more than that.

I had a very good experience with Arbor Masters. The crew was very quick and efficient. They even raked up all the leaves on the ground an took them out. Their price was very fair. I would definately work with them again.

I contacted Arbor Masters for help with our trees. Their estimator came out and listened to my concerns and gave us a very sensible plan to prune our trees and then treat our trees for pests. The pruning team was very considerate of our property and carefully pruned our trees. I am very happy with Arbor Masters tree service.

Arbor Masters did an outstanding job for us! We had a very large oak tree in our yard that needed trimming, as well as a huge oak in our neighbor’s backyard that needed a lot of cleanup.
