I gave Arbor Masters a call to take care of some tree stumps left over from a recent tornado. They did an amazing job and left my yard way better than I ever thought possible. So glad I made that call. And they also took care of my neighbors yard when she just asked for a quote. They got her taken care of the same day!! So amazing. Thank you so much.

We had them come out to clean up a few trees that probably had never been taken care of. Both the guy they sent for the quote, and the crew they sent to prune the trees were friendly and professional.
I showed them a few other trees around the yard that they were able to identify and assured me whether they were healthy or should be removed at a later date.
If it comes to that, I will definitely work with them again.

Arbor Masters was a company approved by our insurance company, Allstate, for a recent claim. The neighbor’s massive tree fell, damaging our garage and totaling our car. They swiftly gave us an estimate then when it was approved they scheduled us rapidly; they had the entire tree removed and cleanup completed in around an hour. We were impressed by the fast, expert work and the result of the thorough cleanup. They went out of their way to save a sentimental heirloom tree in the front yard that was covered by the fallen tree. The workers were kind and courteous to my father in a wheelchair, who is the homeowner. Thank you Wail, Nate, and Brandon. I recommend this company, which has the heavy duty equipment to handle big projects and the skilled staff to get the job done.

Had to have a big oak tree removed from my back yard. Got 3 quotes, and Arbor Masters was 2K cheaper than the other 2. It turned out to be a 2 day job. The tree was very close to the power lines running into my house, and close to a brand new fence we had installed. This could have been a big mess, but the guys were extremely careful not to break anything. It was not an easy job. Great clean up with minimal damage to the lawn. Highly recommend.

Arbor Masters did an excellent job removing my crepe myrtles. The crew was professional, efficient, and took great care with the cleanup afterward. A four-man crew showed up early and got to work right away. Their names were: Corbin, Jesse, Nathan, & Raymond. Everything was handled quickly, they were finished in under two hours. It was like they were never there!

The three gentlemen John, Brandon, and Bear from Arbor Masters were very professional and courteous. They explained what and how the trees would be trimmed. Throughout the process they keep me informed if they saw any issues which there were none. Actually my neighbor texted me and said the trees looked great. I would highly recommend these gentleman and Arbor Masters to anyone who needs tree service. You guys Rock!!

I had stopped by a house that Arbor Masters were working on and ask the young man for a business card and when it got time to get quotes, I gave them a call along with five other certified Arborist companies and Arbor Masters were quick to come out, knew the trees and provided a quick quote. I Googled all of the companies and found more positive reviews on Arbor Masters and the quote was so so much better. I had two huge trees that needed limbs removed, pruned and cleaned up and two large trees to be removed. They were able to schedule meet in quickly and they came out and I met all of the team, there were six employees here and they worked so well as a team and was sure to take care of my property and not damage the roof, guttering, AC unit, storage house, gas meter and mailbox. They were all on business and you could tell that they worked closely with each other because of how smooth and expeditious their work was. They cleaned up so well, you could not tell they were there! The house looks so much tidier and has a fresh look. Their equipment, trucks and other vehicles looked well maintained. Oh, I also want to recognize Kayla, Office Mgr., on her great customer service skills by always answering the phone (I had to leave voice mail with a few other Arbor co.'s during business hours), was friendly when answering ALL of my questions (!), and sent all emails/communication in a timely manner! After calling several companies I picked Arbor Masters because of their great reviews and years in business. I had a large silver maple get blown down in a recent storm. So after dealing with having to get the entire tree removed and repair the patio where the tree hit I now have damage caused by Arbor Masters. I’ve yet to hear from Arbor Masters. You would think a company in business this many years would be more professional . My pave stone walkway is destroyed and the fence damaged.
****Update it only took about 2 moths and they finally repaired my pave stones and fence and sent me a bill for the original cost. It took numerous calls to finally get everything completed properly. I would not recommend them to anyone.
