Outside Inc was prompt courteous and did first quality work on our property. they installed a french drain, placed necessary sod and mulched our front flower beds with a very nice fragrant product. Highly recommend, they communicate extremely well and their follow through was first rate.

We found this company through the HomeAdvisor app because we don’t have connections in Tulsa and it’s review based and we had a great experience with it in other projects. Jeremy made an appointment and sent us an estimate. Showed up on time and him and his crew did great. Polite, honest, pleasant and got the job done professionally and in a timely manner. I strongly recommend for landscaping projects

Guys were awesome!! They hand dug 100 feet of trench for 3 catch basins and attached 2 downspouts to it!! Then put the sod back down and you almost can’t tell they did any work. All finished in a day and a half and in this heat!! Will definitely use them again!!

Outside Inc. did an excellent job of installing a drain line from a sump well to the street. They installed the drain so it would not disturb the flower gardens around the house. If need I would definitely use them again.

One Star — Dishonest, Dangerous, and Deeply Disappointing

I hired Outside Inc. to mulch my flower beds with Grade A cedar mulch. What I got instead was a disaster. They used a substandard, low-quality product that looks nothing like what I paid for. The mulch was cheap filler, not even close to Grade A.

They also damaged an outdoor lamp during the process—no apology, no offer to fix it. Worse, they installed brittle, poor-quality landscape rock that has already started crumbling. To make matters worse, they left a jagged, sharp edge exposed near my porch. Several people damaged their shoes on it, and one guest actually cut her ankle walking to my door. My brother had to clip the edge himself before someone ended up in the ER.

These people cut corners at every turn. Their work was sloppy, rushed, and careless. I now have to pay another company to re-do the job I already paid Outside Inc. to handle. That alone speaks volumes.

I know they have some "good" reviews floating around, but after what I went through, I wouldn’t be surprised if those came from friends or family. Save yourself the money and the headache. Find a professional team that actually delivers what they promise. This company did not. The photos show the 3-4" layer of "Grade A Cedar Mulch" they charged me for, the sharp edging they left exposed, including the piece my brother snipped down to keep people from hurting themselves and the crumbling, brittle 8-12 inch high "border and retaining wall" I paid them to install around my front beds.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our French drain project. They fully explained the process, showed up on time and completed the project in a timely manner. We were also satisfied with the price quoted. We finally have the backyard we’ve always wanted.

I needed to install a French drain. Jason Adamson came out and discussed my options. We went over the plan that I liked, how everything measured, and all of the materials that he will use. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and honest. I’m very pleased.

Very happy with the beautiful evergreens they installed. I liked how Jacob came out and helped me decide placement for them. The team went above and beyond by moving a big chunk of concrete left behind by a fencing company. I will be using them again for more trees and maybe for repairs on my retaining wall.

Professional team, showed up when they said they would. Finished job all in one day. Cleaned up and left everything as if nothing happened been disturbed. We had garden drainage work performed in several areas. Would highly recommend. Great price.

We had an appointment to have this company come out for a quote this morning, but I felt compelled to dig into reviews on them first...so glad I did. It became quickly apparent that a large number of reviews had been solicited without people actually having used their services...essentially they "bought" reviews. My husband called to cancel our appointment and let them know why. There was no denial of what they had done, just "sorry you feel that way." It's not just that we feel this way. Facts are facts...you bought reviews. You might very well have legit reviews now, but the fact that you felt the need to deceptively fast track your reputation in the business is unacceptable. You cheated, you deceived clients with false ratings and you have zero remorse about those shady practices. People have a right to make decisions based on honest reviews, and you shamelessly took away that right. We would never do business with such a company.
