We have used this company to fix our air conditioner last summer. They did a great job. It was costly but the service men who came out and the office staff are always nice and respectful. A couple days ago we called about a gas leak (propane). They sent out a service guy and the estimate was right around $1000. We decided to fix this ourselves. With that said, we spent $132 for the parts to fix and replace the gas line. So I do believe their estimate was on the high end. We still received courteous and respectfulness from them the whole process. I do believe they could have had a lower cost for labor for this job. But in the end they are a great company.

We chose Van Dyck after watching their commercials and saw that they are a Christian Business. Calling in for the first time, the receptionist was very nice and gracious, and helpful. Our tech Ken was the best one we have ever had come to our house for the heating and air conditioner. He didn't miss a thing. The conditioner has not run this well ever since we have moved in. He answered all our questions and ask us if we had anymore. Worked diligently to find the problems, but also did not rush through to hurry and leave. Stayed to make sure my husband and I understood everything that was wrong and the repairs that he had made. My husband and I are totally sold on Van Dyck Mechanical. We will tell everyone, family and friends about what a wonderful job they do and their fairness of price. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

We had our heater go out yesterday ago. Someone came out in the te we were told they would found the problem within minutes had a solution right a way and has us scheduled for the repair in a day! Very happy.

Company was very friendly, lots of calls and messages to keep customer informed. Had an issue with first services and supervision came out personally after hours to correct. The repair was done quickly and left my yard amazing, baring can tell work was done. Thank you

Had water leak in floor. David got us a temporary fixed till Monday. David and Chris found the leak after some searching and did the repair. Fast, efficient and did not break the bank. They also did the least evasive fix I appreciate their professionalism.

Way overpriced for services rendered, we should all make 200.00 an hour.

Chasen is the best damn worker and customer service person I've ever had work for me. Highly recommend. Honest and hard working and gets the job done right. Will definitely be using them again.

Our septic backed up on a Saturday they were out to help within a couple of hours. Fast and friendly service Very helpful and discussed a variety of options and services we will continue with their services!

Chris came out on a plumbing call. My pipes had backed up again which has been happening intermittently. He was patient, thorough and efficient. Problem solved!

If you ever need Plumbing, HVAC, Commercial HVAC, Air Conditioning, Heating or Refrigeration services you need to call Van Dyck Mechanical. Last week our sewer line started to back up into our house, we called our home warranty service and they sent a plumbing service out 2 days later. He came and worked on trying to clear and after maybe 15 minutes he told us he couldn't clear it. He told us that it was probably in the city line and to call their emergency line. We called them and about an hour later they showed up and looked at our line and then left and came back about an hour later and told us that their line is clear and it was in our line. The plumber told us to call him back if the city couldn't fix it, because he had a bigger machine that he could use to clear it, but it was on a different truck in Stillwater and would call back later in the evening and arrange to come back Friday sometime. He told us not to worry and that he was going to take care of us and he would get it cleared out. Unfortunately he never called back and we tried numerous times to contact him on Friday and he never returned our calls. So, we were stuck over the weekend with a clogged sewer line. Monday morning we called our home warranty place back and they denied to cover anymore work on it and they told us that we have to find a plumber on our own and pay for it ourself. We called several plumbing services and left messages for them to call us back and Van Dyck Mechanical was the only one to call us back. They showed up this morning an hour before our scheduled appointment and they tirelessly worked for about 2 hours trying several different ways to clear it up. They never gave up and whenever we had a question they would answer our questions and they would tell us what they were doing. They were very professional and friendly. They're will be our go to place whenever we need any of their services.

Thank you to Aaron, Wayne and Jesse who came to take care of our plumbing problem. They came a day ahead of the original scheduled service date, which was awesome. They were very professional and friendly. The job was complete in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and fair. I will definitely call them again.
Bonus: They also do electrical and HVAC so I can have all my needs met with one company. I am a very happy customer.

Made a call for service a couple of days ahead of time. They set up my appointment and showed up on time. I was away from the house getting back from work they had no problem waiting on me to arrive. Kyle and his Apprentice Ben told me they would go and get a cold drink or something to eat and wait on me patiently. I hurried home and found them waiting in their service truck at my front gate. After letting them pull onto the property Kyle introduced himself and they got Right to Work diagnosing my problem. Within a few minutes they knew exactly what was wrong with my system it had a freon leak that you could clearly see. The technician gave me a cost summary and I decided to let them go ahead and fix it because I have a lot of family and friends coming on the weekend. He had to wait for Ben to go and get his torch set but this didn't take long and they had it fixed quickly. I paid them shook their hand and thanked them for a job well done. I was missing my email receipt so I sent a return message to the office from getting a thank you from Ronda V. She said she would give me the email receipt immediately and to let her know if I needed anything else. I thanked her and her company for their professionalism and the great job they did on my air conditioning unit. I broke the Freon Line hitting it with my zero turn tractor LOL we had a good laugh about that. The biggest expense was the freon of course but they removed the service call charge to help me out. I believe Jesus and the Holy Spirit led me to this company to get the kind of quality service I received and I won't worry about the bill because God will take care of that he always does! Thank you once again to Van Dyke mechanical for their Professional Service I would recommend them to anyone!

The two techs Chris and Chris were great. Showed up ten minutes early and diagnosed my water heater problem quickly. Appointment was easy and the office people and techs did a great job. Excellent customer service!!

They were very fast and professional. Shane did an excellent job and had my heating system working within 10 minutes of arriving. Highly recommended and will use them again.

I was walked through every step in the process and even told when I was over spending and given a cheaper alternative to reach my repair goals. Nate came to check AC that was installed 11 months ago. Was having trouble with cooling on hot days. He found that coolant was low. Nate was SO nice and very polite. He plans on coming back in the fall to make sure all is good. There was no charge. I recommend Van Dyck Mechanical for their promptness and standing by warranty.

Ben was professional and thorough. And for a technician he was personable. He is knowledgeable and did not try to oversell the job. He fixed what needed to be fixed and identified any potential issues in the future. IE The condenser will possibly need to be replaced in the future. Thank you for prompt and professional service!!
