Constraction reviews in Choctaw, Oklahoma

OK Innovative Construction built a covered patio for me. I am very satisfied with the work, quality, and the finished product. They showed up on time with enough manpower to get the job done quickly and efficiently. I will use them again with future remodeling jobs and highly recommend them. They are professional and knowledgeable. Thanks- OK Innovative- for a job well done!

Our family hired OK Innovative Construction INC (John Fowler) to build our dream home. After meeting with a couple of contractors OK INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTIONS INC was the only one who could build our dream home that we wanted. John was able to help us create a floorplan were we could have my parents live with us and we could all have our own space under 1 roof. John walked us thru the whole process, explained in detail and answered all our questions in a timely manner. WE LOVE OUR DREAM HOME THAT THEY HAVE BUILT FOR US. We highly recommend them to BUILD YOUR DREAM HOME!!!!!💜

John has be wonderful to work with! Our first meeting was almost three hours long and we never felt rushed. He answered every question we had and showed us exactly what we could expect in terms of quality of work. Energy efficiency and building quality are incredibly important for John and that was evident in his work. Of builders that we met with, John was the only one to literally take us up in an attic and show us how energy efficient a home can be.
He was very informative, breaking down the entire process to help ensure we were aware of our options and what to expect. Overall great experience.

OK Innovative Construction built our dream pool house with an attached garage. If we could give this company more than 5 stars we would! John Fowler made a good impression from the very first time we met. He was upfront and honest during the design, contract signing, right down to the final inspection. John took his time to explain every detail and was patient and understanding when we asked a lot questions. He was focused on making sure the design was exactly what we wanted, which was extremely important to my family. When construction began and throughout the build, John ensured if he had workers on sight, he was there or available to direct traffic, answer questions, and keep the ball rolling. OK Innovative Construction’s building standards far exceeded expectations, and because of John’s knowledge of current building codes, the final inspection process a breeze. John’s experience and hands on approach made unforeseen challenges seem simple to overcome. We would highly recommend Mr. John Fowler and OK Innovation Construction on any project you are considering, and we will absolutely use them for our future projects.

Thanks to the craftsmanship of OK Innovative Construction we are thrilled to enjoy our beautiful new kitchen. Highly, highly recommended these wonderful people. Thank you!

This is a review you MUST read!!
John went ABOVE and BEYOND for our house. You see Halloween last year we had a few pipes bust and we had a massive flood which caused our ceiling in our dining room and kitchen to collapse. Which in turn our air ducts filled up with water because they were in our concrete slab. Our insurance offered a ridiculously small amount for the repairs. I started to call contractors and all of them kept saying that we could probably just contract everything out ourselves. I called John, he came out and assessed damage asked what type of air ducts we had, and we told him we have transite pipes. Did you know transite is asbestos- concrete? Our air ducts had water in all of them, which in turn compromised the pipe
and asbestos fibers were released all in our home and we lost everything. If I had done what all the other contractors had advised, we still would be living inside a house full of asbestos. John really did his research and was very thorough with every detail of our house. John fought with our insurance for over 3 months, for testing on our house and making sure our family and his crew was safe. Once we got the results that we had such high dangerous levels of asbestos. Insurance finally got it together. John and his crew worked for hard for our house. He was able to get insurance to do what was right. He went the extra mile and fought for the health and safety of our family and we are truly forever grateful to him. Our house is beautiful and could not ask for a better contractor. If you do not higher him after reading this review your crazy. He fights for what is right and makes sure you are happy with every detail. He gave us our dream home. Thank you for all your hard work, from my family we are truly grateful.

This is a great company to work with, they built our dream home for us, from the ground up. We were able to bring John Fowler custom home plans and he built us the home of our dreams. John is amazing to work with! My husband was deployed throughout the whole process of our build, so John was there for me when I needed help making the hard decisions. He builds his homes to the upmost detail, and with his expertise he is able to identify when something is done wrong and he fixes it! If you want a house built right, build with OK Innovative Construction! John will make your dream home a reality!

OK Innovative Construction built us our forever home and we could not have been more pleased with the final product and process. Even in the middle of Covid price changes and delays, John was able to keep the build process on schedule and was very involved throughout the entire process to ensure everything was done right and to the way we wanted to meet the needs of our family of 5. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to have a custom home built that will last forever for your family.

Amazing work!

Excellent workmanship! Perfectionist! You won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!

You won’t find a better welder than Chris. I’m pretty sure that man can fix anything.

Very happy with the above ground storm shelter made and installed. Even filled up my old underground one. Would recommend.

Non-professional with a dirty mind , price charged was extremely high after checking around , welding job was tacky to the eye , dont know if he was in a hurry or malfunctoining equipment,, it took several days longer than I was told.

Chris has always been a favorite at our shop! He can do any project we send his way! Top notch quality and service!

I have used Whorton welding for multiple jobs and Chris is very professional and he really think things through and very affordable. If you want the job done right and a person that cares call Whorton Welding.

Great work - I had a deer stand break
Chris welded the parts and they look and perform better than when I got them.

I run equipment for living. One one job I had something break that kept me for finishing the job. Chris got me in quick and did a great job fixing the part. Stronger now than when it was new. Clean work too.

Highly recommend Chris whorton . He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He has fixed several things for me I have my own plumbing business. It’s nice to know you can trust Someone to do the work correctly. Thanks Chris . Kerry with all good plumbing inc
