Chuck was fantastic. The light switches in my kitchen were not working he showed me that it was an easy fix even went over how they install a generator and how it works. I don’t know much about electric and how it’s installed, but he broke it down so that I could understand it. And the bonus he saw that I was painting my garage and gave me some tips on it. I appreciate you guys being so professional. Keep up the great work big Dawgs!!

My husband and I needed 2 outlets to be installed on a buffet bar, and 2 speakers installed in our ceiling. Customer service was top notch from beginning to end. Dustin came and did our estimate. Travis and Tyler came and installed the speakers and the outlets. They all were professional.

We don't wear shoes in our home and all 3 gentlemen were kind in wearing shoe covers or removing their shoes before entering our home. They cleaned up when they were all done, and went over everything with us in detail. THANK YOU again, I really appreciate the amazing work that was done, professionalism, and kindness.

American Electric recently wired our new barndominium project and we are very pleased. They all have wonderful personalities, making them a pleasure to work with. They were thorough and proessional in every regard. There communication was fantastic throughout the process.

Austin and the other young men at American Grit were fantastic. They answered all our questions and all 3 were super polite and detail oriented. They hung 4 ceiling fans for us. Went up in the attic and did everything the right way. Much appreciated. Will be calling them for any electrical needs in the future!

Had Chuck come out for a warranty claim in a new construction home. Power leg off the 220 breaker was loose and too tight, causing it to cook the wire and breaker. He knocked it out quickly and professionally. Thanks guys!

Unsure about gentleman’s electrical work, but speaking to his character here; Many people stoped to watch this man yell and curse at a woman at the Love’s travel plaza at the Choctaw exit.

I’m not sure if this gentleman is the owner or just a journeyman but I would be careful before doing business.

Wired an electrical panel and furnace incorrectly resulting in a floating/ burnt wire. Damaged my ac unit and once notified they started to ignore my calls, email, and texts. Shameful company.

These people almost ran me and my young daughter over in the parking lot. They just smirked. Will not be contacting you guys if i need anything for my home.
