10-31-2024:
Chase & Michael came out to install 4 new ceiling fans and 2 new light fixtures for me. Couldn’t be more happy with how all turned out.

11-12-2024:
Chase came out with Brandon today. I needed an outlet and a light fixture added to my safe room and it is great to have that done. Chase also addressed an issue with the power to my master bedroom as for some reason it was tied to the GFI breaker on my patio. I’m all fixed up for now, but if I need anything else done I will definitely call Green Country Electric again, highly recommend!

2023 Review:
Excellent service, was under a tight timeline to have some issues addressed before closing on a house I was selling. Tyler quickly took care of everything and was very friendly and professional.

I had arranged an appointment with Green Country Electric at 2:30 pm 1 week prior. I received a call approx 10 min before the appointment that the electrician would be there late. I stayed in touch with the office and I was informed that he would arrive at 4:15 pm due to a delay. I was supposed to receive a call 30 minutes before his arrival. I waited till 5:30 pm with no call or updates. I think a courtesy call or respecting the customer's wait time is expected from a service business.

Green Country Electric returned my call within an hour on a Saturday and were at my door within two hours of my call . Green County Electric fixed my issue and provided me with a two year warranty on their work . I highly recommend you give them a call if you need service . Definitely a 5 star company .

I had an issue that moved up our renovation timeline and Green County worked my job in on very short notice to keep us on track. They got done what I needed on the first day and came back to finish on another day. Super appreciative and they did a fantastic job. Earned a customer for life!

Another project, another fantastic job. Tanner and Scott did a super clean install and I couldn't be happier.

Horrible customer/business service! God forbid something goes wrong, they can’t handle pressure and LASHOUT! Service tech was nice, but office/Disbatch need to take some customer service classes, possibly anger management ones as well.

The electricians at Green Country Electric & Supply came out and met with me to see the scope of the work needing to be done. They were punctual when they arrived. They quickly assessed what was being asked of them and concisely understood what I needed them to include in their cost estimate. I needed that estimate by a critical date, and they helped me out. They came out and performed the work. They were respectful of my property which is very refreshing. I found their cost estimate to be fair for what I asked them to do. I would use them again.

Saturday evening call no homeowner or landlord wants to make! Tenants returned home from lake and their power was knocked out by falling limb. Mast pulled from house and no feed line from street. Placed the call to Brandon at Green Country and he personally had main repairs completed within 4 hours... On a Saturday! Thanks for taking great care of us. Just one of the reasons GCESI is our go to source for electrical work. 5 star review!

Brandon and his crew were exceptional! Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced my main electric panel to my house as well as the panel to my small detached office building and did a great job. Brandon also patiently took the time to make sure I understood how to properly and safely operate the new portable generator I purchased from them in case of a power outage! Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them!
