Called them and told them our a/c wasnt working, they came out and said nothing was wrong with our unit, my thermostat is set on 72, its 87 degrees in my house but yeah theres no problem!!! Would definitely not recommend!

Had my AC unit go out in the evening, they came out first thing next day. Ron was great! Got everything working quickly. Recommend them highly!

Wow! Instead of utilizing a transiton piece in between the evaporator coil and the plenum,they used foil tape, and it had two holes it, leaking cold air into th attic! And although my contract clearly states Carrier, both the thermostat and evaporator coil were off-brand. I am sure tht they knew how to do it right,with transition piece, but they chose to screw it up. I would not recommend using this company. I had no idea that a licensed company would do this to a Customer!I guess the Carrier warranty isn't valid now, since non-Carrier brand evaporator coil and thermostat were installed, when he contract cearly stated, "Carrier!" How do State inspectors let contractors get way with work like this! Why even have State license and inspectors. I will update this should the situation change.
Update: Advent came back out today and resolved most of my isues, but he cam that the ADP evaporator coil is made by carrier and will bring a Carrier thermostat. Once Carrier verifies it is in fact made by them, and it will not void out my warranty, I will be good. Why put in. 16 SEER condensor unit and not the appropriate coil if they are supposed work together. I sent a note to carrier an wait an answer. When they came back out, they did fix all the cold air leaks in the evaporation coil housing, absent above beyond by fixing them in all the ductwork joints as well! I think it will work out fine now,but wished that the ADP evap coil said Carrier on it.
