It was time to replace my fence but there was erosion issues which needed to be addressed before the new fence went up. I contacted Yard Drainage Solutions for an assessment and quote. The quote was reasonably within my budget so I decided to have the work completed. I explained my plan to get the fencing company in on the first day to demo the old fence and debris, YDS on the second day to eliminate the erosion issue, the new fence put up on the third day, and YDS on the last day to repack and lay SOD. YDS liked that plan so that both contractors would not be in each other's way. Everything went as planned and the repacking and SOD was completed in the afternoon of the third day. It's been about 2 weeks, the SOD has taken root and there seems to be no erosion.

After taking care of the north side of our property with great results, we had Lanny add another drain on the south side. If you have drainage issues, Lanny will take care of it. An addition to this post. We have lived here four years and this is the first time there was no standing water and no soggy areas in the back yard after the storm on 6/25/24. Also the grass is starting to grow on the north side where the first drain was installed. Job well done!

I have a very difficult drainage situation in my flat NO SLOPE backyard which is causing foundation problems. I received quotes and and assortment of solutions to fix this problem. After meeting all the contractors I choose Lanny Freeman of Yard Drainage Solutions and am so glad I did. Lanny spent time reviewing with me all the problems and coming up with solutions which I agreed. Lanny was respectful and listened to all of my concerns which if you are a woman you will understand. He did not talk down to me and answered all my questions. He also was agreeable in doing the work in phases so I could see if these solutions were resolving the problem. Phase I was done Saturday before the big rainfalls Sunday and it was successful. We will be continuing with the next 2 phases in the near future. His work is stellar.

Yard Drainage Solutions was excellent!! After 20+ years of rain run-off and irrigation problems at our home, we needed an drainage expert who was able to fix all of the problems in a timely manner. Lanny and his team came over and installed a channel drain, connected gutter downspout to pipes that discharged into the street through the curbs, regraded the front and backyard, repaired and stabilized the gate in the backyard, clean out the flowerbed, and removed the excess dirt. They did a beautiful job, for a very reasonable price! I recommend Yard Drainage Solutions for all of your irrigation and drainage needs!
