Lanny did a great job and was super quick to answer all of our questions! We ended up having an unknown flood issue that he was quick to resolve. Couldn’t have asked for a better person for the job and definitely recommend!

After taking care of the north side of our property with great results, we had Lanny add another drain on the south side. If you have drainage issues, Lanny will take care of it. An addition to this post. We have lived here four years and this is the first time there was no standing water and no soggy areas in the back yard after the storm on 6/25/24. Also the grass is starting to grow on the north side where the first drain was installed. Job well done!

I have a very difficult drainage situation in my flat NO SLOPE backyard which is causing foundation problems. I received quotes and and assortment of solutions to fix this problem. After meeting all the contractors I choose Lanny Freeman of Yard Drainage Solutions and am so glad I did. Lanny spent time reviewing with me all the problems and coming up with solutions which I agreed. Lanny was respectful and listened to all of my concerns which if you are a woman you will understand. He did not talk down to me and answered all my questions. He also was agreeable in doing the work in phases so I could see if these solutions were resolving the problem. Phase I was done Saturday before the big rainfalls Sunday and it was successful. We will be continuing with the next 2 phases in the near future. His work is stellar.

Yard Drainage Solutions was excellent!! After 20+ years of rain run-off and irrigation problems at our home, we needed an drainage expert who was able to fix all of the problems in a timely manner. Lanny and his team came over and installed a channel drain, connected gutter downspout to pipes that discharged into the street through the curbs, regraded the front and backyard, repaired and stabilized the gate in the backyard, clean out the flowerbed, and removed the excess dirt. They did a beautiful job, for a very reasonable price! I recommend Yard Drainage Solutions for all of your irrigation and drainage needs!

My backyard was flooding due to an uphill drainage pipe that was exiting on the property line and dumping water out when it rained. I called Lanny at Yard Drainage Solutions and he came out the next afternoon to inspect the issue. He was professional, quoted a fair price, and offered to complete the work in a timeframe that suited my needs and availability. On the day of the job he showed up early and dug a trench to install new corrugated pipe which flowed all the rain water down to a concrete basin, successfully eliminating the rain water washout that was flooding my yard. If you have drainage issues, I recommend giving them a call.

They did an amazing job. I seen them post on Facebook wanting to do 2 or 3 gardens for free for the promotion of their business. Luckily I was one of them. After seeing their work there was no way I wasn’t gonna pay them. It was seriously amazing. Especially compared to my past experiences with landscaping companies who just throw it all together real quick to get to the next yard. Think about it their business is Gardening. Landscaping companies Making your garden look nice isn’t much what they do. I’ll take the one that SPECIALIZES in it, over the companies that have it as their 5th thing they do.

My experience has been very positive. This business pays attention to detail and left my lawn perfectly mowed and trimmed. They didn’t leave a mess all over my sidewalks and driveway. It had been wet and was still a bit damp so they hand pushed the small mower rather than putting the large rider on my lawn. Very nice to see pride taken in the work. They also did my sprinkler system and I love it. No issues
