The store needs to carry more products! Everytime I go there they never have all I need! The B.A. store has it figured out!

Wholesaler of plumbing and electrical supplies, just like the sign says. It's a no frills type of establishment, not intended for the casual retail shopper who is working on a DIY project at home. Those customers are better suited for Lowes or Ace. If you don't have a business account with Locke, you might be wasting your time shopping in the store, just a fair warning.

Compared to other Locke locations I've made purchases at, the Claremore location is the most friendly and helpful if them all. I've never had a bad experience at this one, which is something I can't say about a few of the Locke stores in Tulsa and BA.

Overall Locke is a great resource, and in many respects they deserve 5 stars, but there are areas for improvement, in my opinion. These areas include: what they choose to stock or not stock, an inefficient, non intuitive use of floor space, and an often negative attitude of the sales associates I have encountered (only at locations other than Claremore or Jenks) that caused me to drop it down to 4.

Extremely rude. I asked for a military discount. They rudely said "you will need him present" rolling their eyes. I said I am present. It was kind of sexist. They were very short with me the entire time. I came back with my mother in law. It was like night and day. They were being overly nice. In a cringey way. They only spoke with my mother in law. Even though the order was mine. They told her the total amount. I was the one paying. Even when I payed they tried to give her the receipt. I don't recommend.

Extremely helpful! My husband and I were sent here to look for toilets that our Plumber was going to put in for us. We were a little lost at first, but the staff was super helpful. We ended up buying faucets needed for our project as well. They even helped us find some non-conventional items to use for a sled for our kiddos. We would definitely come back! Thank you guys a ton!

I found what I needed and the manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. They're not like the big outlet stores, so if you're shopping for ceiling fans or lighting, it's not the place to find those items at. They do have a decent offering in lighting though and they can order items for you. I don't ever have trouble returning items; if it is a reasonable amount of time and not cut wire. Materials are very expensive right now and some items are hard to get. They have LED fixtures and bulbs. A good selection of high output outdoor LED fixtures. We can thank the current administration for high prices and lack of materials.

They never respond to my inquiring

I'm very impressed with this company. Terry came out and fixed problems another electrical company couldn't figure out. I would give him 10 stars if I had the option.

I called them this morning and left a VM to call me back because I need a quote to do a breaker replacement . I waited all day and not 1 call back . well you just lost a customer .

Terry and his son did all of the electrical in my new custom house. They were very fast and passed all of there inspections the first time. I'm very happy that I went with them and wont hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs a professional electrician in the area.

Terry did a great job doing some electrical work on our house in Claremore Oklahoma. He did a panel upgrade, a few switch repairs and installed a new ceiling fan in the living room. Terry was very professional and fast at what he does. Looking for a good electrician then pick this company.

Not only were these guys the only ones to answer the phone after calling 6 different electricians, but they came out the same day and had me fixed in less than an hour. Big shout out to Braxton. He diagnosed my problem and offered me a cheaper solution instead of charging more than what was necessary. I will be using them again in the future.

The Tornado that passed through Claremore damaged the insulator that supports the power line to my home. I’m sure a lot of people are unfortunately dealing with similar damage post the storm and Tornado. Terry got back to me quickly and had this fixed in no time! Terry was personable and fair in pricing. I’m relieved to have this taken care of.

My husband and I needed a transfer switch installed for our emergency generator. Terry came to the house and provided us with options and associated pricing.

I decided to provide the switch kit myself. The installation pricing was a bit higher than the other quote I received, but I felt more confident in the plan and professionalism Terry had.

TL Davis Electric provided the rest of the materials needed beyond the switch kit -- wiring and extra conduit -- Once the wiring was done, they left to go to the next job. I told them I'd test the switch with the generator myself and let them know if there were any problems.

Shortly after they left, I realized that some of the circuits in the house were not working with normal line power. I immediately called Terry. He returned in his company truck a few hours later. The problem proved more challenging to diagnose than we expected, but we eventually determined the source of the problem. Both Terry and Braxton returned the next afternoon to fix the issue, and we tested everything to ensure it was working before they left.

In summary I am very glad I decided to pick this company to help me. I will definitely consider TL Davis Electric & Design for future electrical needs.

I called TL Davis Electric and Design to see if they would be interested in doing a small job. They arrived the next day. Mr. Davis quickly and properly installed my range. Mr Davis is extremely safety conscious and does very high quality work. Mr. Davis is very polite and professional and a true credit to the electrical field. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

TL Davis is the best electrician I have used since living in Owasso for over a decade.
