I have used them for years and they have always been fair on price and extremely prompt and accurate with service! I highly recommend because you’ll get an honest job!

I called them in the morning they were here same day. Tech was honest and knowledgeable, got my AC up and running quickly and their prices are fair and reasonable.

I have used these guys since day one when they were recommended on Facebook over and over again by people in the community. They know exactly what they're doing and it does not take them long to fix whatever problem you're having or to do maintenance and their prices are very very reasonable. You cannot go wrong with these guys. If I could give them 10 Stars I would.

Great and honest business. Our A/C unit stopped working and a local HVAC company said our whole system needed to be replaced and would cost $10,000 to $13,000 to replace. I called Air-On they came out and informed me that only the outside unit needed to be replaced for a 1/4 of the price of what the other company would’ve charged us. I highly recommend using Air-On for any heating and cooling needs.

My air conditioner had been going out for 2 years and Air On would help me out when needed. This year it was time to get it replaced and they showed up same day for a quote and then 3 days later it was replaced. The guys were very professional and they picked up after themselves. The new unit looks great!

A few comments about Air-On Heating and Cooling.
1. I called them first thing in the morning and they were able to have someone out by that afternoon.
2. The technician that arrived was very thorough in checking out the system and discussing with me the findings, allowing me to make the decision on a course of action to correct the issue.
3. The technician remained professional throughout the service call, asked questions about the issue, and proceeded to repair the fault once i approved.

Overall, I would have to say that this company has been more responsive and willing to resolve the issue in a timely manner as compared to other a/c service companies I have interacted with previously. Great Job to everyone at Air-On Heating and Cooling!

I am so impressed with the responsiveness on a Saturday evening. They were at my house within 45 minutes and not only found but fixed the issue within 20 min. I could not be happier with Lance and Tristan. The whole experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

I just have to say its been 5 years from them putting in units for our new build and the service is still amazing! So fast to come out and honest about our issues. I recommend these guys to everyone!

We have used Air-on for over 5 years . Aaron and Lance are honest and reliable. The pricing is very reasonable. Great company!!! The first time I met Aaron was on a hot Sunday afternoon. Our air went out and we didn’t have a HVAC person so I started calling different companies and he was the only on that answered my call. He replaced a $30 part. He could have taken advantage of our desperation, but he didn’t. Been using him ever since!!

Air-On is and has been my go to for AC and heating needs. Every time I call they respond quickly and professionally. They call before they arrive to make sure that I am home. Yesterday, 1/10/24, my heater wasn’t working and it was 55 degrees in my house!! I had called the night before so that when they got to work they would get my message. They actually called me back way after hours and offered to come then. I said we would be fine for the night and the next morning they were here first thing!! The technician quickly figured out the problem. He did not have the part that was needed on hand but assured me he could get it and have it fixed later in the day. That is exactly what he did!! We had a nice warm home that night. Thank you Air-On for your dedication to help keep homes COOL and WARM!!

I called about getting my AC system serviced and they were very professional and responsive. Service techs communicated well with me, sound problems quickly, and efficiently solved the problem for great prices. Lance was very personable. You can tell that they truly care about their customers! 10000% recommend

He doesn't stand by his warranted parts.

Offers warranties on parts and labor, but you cannot trust them to come back and fix it.

The service was not held up and backed when my unit broke down and he refused to fix what he stated was fixed after I paid for repairs.

A Friend of mine tried to get services from you guys and was told when y'all would show up on several occasions y'all did not show up on time and had terrible customer service got upset when he couldn't be there when you finally showed up hours later please do better

Condenser fan motor went out in the middle of summer, and they came out and fixed it. I was grateful.

But the replacement fan motor lasted less than a year. He said he’d come back by and fix it on warranty. But he didn’t — and when I tried to follow up, he wouldn’t reply.
