They did awesome and got the ac running fast. They originally had us booked a week out but came the next day and got everything fixed even though they were so busy. 100% would use and recommend again

Jay with Keystone Air fixed our old unit right up and brought cold air back to our home. We’ve been babying this 14 yr old unit and honestly thought it was “done”. He could have easily told me you needed a new unit. Jay told me it was an easy fix and because of his honesty and integrity, our unit was blowing cool air within 45 minutes and I will continue to trust Keystone Air for my heat and air needs! 100% trust Keystone. We had ACS come out the day before for a clean and ended up with over $300 repair and wanting to charge us another $1200 for a temp fix and sell us another unit. Bryce came out for a second opinion and took care of us without needing any of the extra stuff at all. He was honest and took care of our family. I will always call Keystone for our HVAC needs.

I've used this company for several projects on my rental properties and they always do a great job. I've had them do everything from AC Tune-up to installing a new system over the last few years and they are always on time, clean up after themselves, courteous and I believe a good price. They are always good to work with and I will continue to use them for any maintenance I need.

The guys that came out did a great job! Very professional and got the job done in a timely manner! My appointment was scheduled for 10:00AM and they got there at 9:30AM and had the job done before 10:00. We will definitely use them again!

I am happy I called my local Heat/Air Professionals on Fri morning they said they would come early afternoon and did. Were able to check the outside unit out and said that it was completely frozen and they would go have lunch and come back in a little bit. When they came back it still was froze solid so they recommended I leave the fan running and he would come back Sat morning and have the unit back up and running. And this morning I can report that my wife and four kids are enjoying the cool comfort of cold ❄️ air once again thanks to the guys at keystone air. The only thing I would recommend is that they be able to send the customer a invoice for the work performed and the cost broken down on the invoice. This is in no way a complaint but only a recommendation. Great job guys!!
