I needed an annual maintenance visit. Tim showed up (even early) and was very thorough with questions, explanations, recommendations and more. I could not have asked for more. Will be my go-to for future needs and have already recommended Pilgram/Tim to several others.

Pilgrim Heat & Air to install a new heating and air conditioning system in our home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. Tim explained everything what was going on to my unit and gave me an awesome quote! From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs.The installation process was seamless, and the technicians specially Brett who went above and beyond to ensure that the system was installed correctly and functioning properly. He took the time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I highly recommend them for anyone in need of HVAC services. They are a top ntch company with exceptional service and expertise. I will definitely be using them for all my future HVAC needs. I say give them a chance! Call!
