I used this company in September 2016. I would not use them again. The technician wanted to focus on my sewer pipe as the problem when in fact another company found the leak to be in the bathtub drain. The C-It-All tech charged me $360 and never determined where the actual leak was. I attempted to tell them I was dissatisfied with their service but never heard back from them.

I cannot speak on their services, but be careful on the rural highways out here. They like to pull out in front of you when you're doing the posted 65 mph speed limit and there is only one car behind you. Make sure you've got good breaks and your babies aren't in the car with you, because apparently they aren't concerned with safety.

Hank our technician was awesome. We were so pleased with his knowledge, professionalism, promptness and quality of his work. We will definitely use this company again!

After being raked over the coals by another local plumbing company we called C-It-All. Top notch customer service from the receptionist to the plumbing technician. The first plumbing company we called wanted to completely replace our gas lines for over $3,000. C -it All made all the repairs we needed without replacing the lines at a fraction of the cost. We were treated like their most valuable customer. They actually care about their customers! Top notch company! I really hope we won't need to use their services any time soon but if we do, we'll call them first!

They don’t stand behind their work. Customer service seems to be lost in most companies these days. This company is no exception. They charged me $500 to change a hydrant which didn’t fix my flooded yard problem. They weren’t interested in trying to make things right. I understand people make mistakes and things get missed. A quality company would try to make things right with the customer however. I didn’t ask for any money back, I paid them to do a job, I just asked for them to come back and do the job I paid for. They had no interest in that.

I absolutely have enjoyed my experience with C-It-All. They were kind and very responsive with scheduling, were able to work with the fact that I was on an escalated schedule, and kept me very informed through the entire location and repair project. I would recommend them to anyone looking for recommendations on a similar project for their own home.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! They showed up on time, and got the job done quickly and cleanly. I originally used Mullin to find the leak in my slab and I had sticker shock at the rate they charged me. I then pivoted to C it all for the actual repair and was surprised to see how great their rates are! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward, I cannot recommend them enough!

I've tried using this company several times and giving them a chance since they're from Broken Arrow and close to me. They just went to look at a leak at a rent house for me that ended up being HVAC related and they sent me a bill for $165 anyway. Said they charge a minimum of one hour and it took two people. I'm done with them, that's ridiculous. They did nothing and it still cost me almost $200! I've been upset with them in the past for charging astronomical amounts for simple work. I should've known better...

I will never use them again. It took several weeks for them to schedule my apt. They were told we needed a hydrostatic pressure test and quality of line verified. We also told them we didn’t know where the cleanout was and would need a camera. They showed up without one and acted put out by having to go back to get it. They then found the cleanout and told me the cap was eroded and unable to come off and that they’d need to dig a huge trench, tearing up the concrete and replacing the cleanout so it wouldn’t create a leak if there wasn’t one. They then charged me $780. I realized they tried to charge me for 4 hours of work for a plumber and apprentice because they charged for their time driving back and forth to get the camera. When I argued I had proof of ring cameras showing them at my house for 1.5 hours, they said they’d only charge for 2 hours and an hour with a camera ($450). They left the cleanout unburied and left. When I called to schedule the next step of work, they offered mid/late June- It was April 2nd. Unacceptable. When I declined, they reminded me to call and pay my invoice. I called Kings Plumbing- they came out same day. Got the cap off. Ran the needed tests for less than what it cost to find the cleanout with C-It-All.

C-It-All Plumbing has just completed the plumbing rough-in for my new home construction. Their knowledgeable recommendations for most efficient and best practices solutions to my design/floor-plan made this stage of my construction much more pleasant. The job-site manager asked if he could come by the site just before the slab was poured so he could check to see if any of the installation work had moved any of the plumbing positioning. First time in 15 years of residential building that a plumber has asked that question.
