If you have any appliances that need fixed I definitely recommend Ryan with Appliance Pro Service. He is very knowledgeable, on time for appointments, reasonably priced and has a professional upbeat attitude. Would definitely recommend (and have) to family and friends.

The experience started off well. Ryan came out, verified the error code of a leak. Turned out to be the pump motor. He called the next day with the cost. We had him order it. That's when things turned sour. Waited about 2 weeks and had not heard anything. Called him, he told me it had gone back order but was due in any day now. Waited a couple more weeks. Still no word. I called him and he did not return my call. Tried again, still no call back. I have since called another company and the part will be installed Tuesday. All within 1 week. Shame on you Ryan!

Ryan was great, we discussed my dryer over the phone and he thought it could be a motor problem so he came to do the service and discovered it was something small instead of a motor, he was honest and did not charge me for parts I did not need as I’m sure others might. Highly recommend doing business with them as they have proved themselves very honest and friendly to work with.

Over few years he has repaired the clothes washer, the dish washer, and now the freezer.
I keep his number handy, just in case.

Ryan came to our house today for a service call/assessment of our 15 year old oven that suddenly stopped heating up after a recent power outage. Simply put....he was WONDERFUL! He called me ahead of schedule to let me know he was about to head our way, then skillfully assessed the issue of our oven, which had been working perfectly before the power outage. Not only was he able to fix our oven to working great again but he also fixed the light inside that had a wire issue that we knew nothing about. He was efficient and an awesome problem solver. Before contacting Appliance Pro Service, I called several other places to get estimates, as well as advice on how to move forward with our old oven situation and most everyone I spoke with said I would most likely just need to bite the bullet and purchase a new oven. Well, Ryan proved them wrong with his attentiveness and problem solving skills! We highly recommend Ryan for any appliance service needs and will definitely be using him in the future should any problems arise. Reasonably priced and incredible service!!

Ryan was very professional and knowledgeable about his choice of profession. One thing I found refreshing was he like to trouble shoot a simple solution with you over the phone to save you money first. He was quick and I feel went above and beyond what most repairmen would do. He was also willing to show me how to get the best heat out of my dryer with just a simple 2 inches.
